Went on 9/23 Monday for lunch take out and there was this blonde Caucasian lady making the sandwiches and really mishandled the sandwich that she was making me, made me think she didn’t care about that the order. Should get better customer service.

So, I won't be coming to this Jimmy John's anymore. The staff is not doing the cleaning they should be doing. The last time I was there, the unsweetened tea tasted like mop water and had what looked like mold floating in it. We informed the staff, and it took them a while to tend to it. Then, today, I got ice from the machine, and that too had specks of mold in it. I told the staff about it, and they gave me a bottle of pop. No one tended to the machine, and as I walked out, I saw a guy using the same machine, and no one stopped him. It's gross, and I'm done. The staff seems to only clean the surfaces and doesn't bother with the internals.

Ordered a #10 asked and paid for avocado and I get a little baby smug. Ladies where nice though. But paying $10 + for a sandwich I expected it to be done right.

Love JJ but this location has steeply declined in service. Always 1+ hour wait now for delivery. Used to be extremely fast. Have had items missing as well. Very let down. If you can avoid this location, I would recommend it.

I wasn't planning on reviewing this Jimmy John's, mainly because my experience went so poorly, to say the least. Long wait time with no other customers. Product not prepared for use. Extreme lack of customer service. I also witnessed an employee place receipts in the garbage, then go back into the garbage to pull them out and place them back on the prep counter. Upon arriving home to eat, I find this hair on the sandwich. That's what pushed me to write the review. This is unacceptable. The experience was unfortunate already. Then to get home and see this. No motivation to return. I don't recommend.

Just came changed my order and girl with pink braids nothing but attitude and the young man without dreads helped me out and was great. Will not be back. Normally use drive thru on Mannheim

Ordered three sandwiches from the location today. I ordered the #5 Vito, #4 Turkey Tom and #11 Country Club. I asked for extra peppers on the #4 and #11, however, I did not receive any. The Vito was completely wrong. They gave me a plain turkey sandwich instead. So I was charged for a Vito but received a plain turkey sandwich.Overall, a pretty disappointing experience. I generally don’t eat at Jimmy Johns and probably won’t be returning.

This is the absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. I stopped in to grab a veggie sandwich on my way back home from out of town. I paid $7 for a sandwich and when I opened it, there was literally only bread and cheese. I’m so upset bc I got too far to turn around. Very very unprofessional and tacky and I’m sure this was done intentionally.Hire more professional workers not ignorant employees.This is the one off the expressway in Hillsdale IL.
