I’ve came to this Krispy Kreme a handful of times within the past month or two. I’ve ordered certain donuts online and then arrived to pick them up only to be told that they don’t have the ones I chose available. What a waste of my time. My kid likes their blueberry donuts which would normally be available on a regular basis, however, lately they seem to not have them. First couple times I was told their machine had been “down”. Didn’t make sense as a bunch of other donuts had been made. Today, I gave them another shot and was told that they’re probably closing early so they’re just not making them. As if their product issue wasn’t bad enough, they take forever to acknowledge that you even entered their store nor do they greet you. Their donut line was spilling all kinds of white watery mess everywhere. Out of the two dozens of donuts I received, they were cold, tasted day old and different sizes as if they didn’t cook properly.. either that or half of them shrunk. I’m surprised this location hasn’t closed down like the rest of them especially with the lack of customer service, laziness, quality and availability of the donuts.

Donuts are not the same maybe they should think about closing it down. it's giving the good Krispy Kreme a bad name because of that one in Bellwood. Just terrible.?

I was happy to get informed on tax day, buy one get one free on dozen glazed. However, folks work there seems to hate their job. I mean really!! You can tell they really hate being there. Therefore, no such thing happy employees = happy customers !!

Drove 40 minutes at 9pm Sunday to get donuts for work Monday morning, arrived to the location around 9:40. No lights. No people. Nothing. Extremely disappointed. If your hours say open until 10, be open until 10. I called twice on the way there as-well only to not get ahold of anyone. Waste of my time and left sour taste. Still the best donuts ever but that’s not the point.

This is the 4th time going to this Place in Hillside. This time I placed 2 online orders. Upon arrival today there were signs saying Drive Thru open but the drive thru line is long and every car it seems like they are telling they are closed and out of donuts. Even though I placed an order for coffee and donuts, they wont give me my coffee that I had ordered as well. Waited 2 hours almost out of my day and they couldve simply just left the reatuarant closed or have a sign saying "Closed" instead of saying drive thru open eith all enployees almost partying and/or on their phones.. I then drive by 3 hours later to Target since its in the same strip and I could still see an influx of cars there with the drive thru sign open and every car leaving with nothing given. These employees here are being paid to stay and simply wait around as they are also quite rude and wont fulfill anything else on peoples orders just because they are out of donuts. I hardly think I will get a refund because I was keep repeatedly telling the staff that I was NOT with Doordash or Ubereats. I had ordered online thru the app. This Restaurant needs to be let go or under proffesional management. I want my $$ back.

Ever since this location opened, I have been excited. However they cease to amaze me in the worst possible way every time (maybe once a year). To a point where I got out of my way to elk Grove to avoid this place; and today's experience takes the cake!I placed an online order at 8am this morning, and have it for pick up at 7pm, after work. This location closes at 10pm on the daily. Supposedly. However, I arrive now, at 6:50pm to find out they CLOSED THEIR LOCATION AT 4PM!!?!?you all took my money AND now youre keeping my purchased goods?! These donuts are limited time and they offer no help when I called, not a replacement nor assurance that my order could be picked up at another location or at another time when they reopen.This location need to SHUT DOWN with as many issues they have. At the very least update your online services! Have some kind of notification that the store closes early and there will be no pick up after 4. I have received not an email, call, nor text from this location regarding my 8AM order.I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me regarding today's issues and resolve this location's problem. I can offer photos and order number upon request
I can’t believe this Krispy Kreme hasn’t shut down this location permanently. It basically is shut down anyways. I don’t need to add the details, every single review that you can read here pretty much sums it up.

They are very tasty, they make them there and your children can see how they make them... excellent placeKid-friendliness: My kids love going to see how the donuts are made and watching them go through the conveyor belt and how they are glazed.

Their hours say they are open until 10P on Sundays... I was there at 5:30P on Sunday and there was a sign on the door "Closed for the day." Do not believe the hours of operation!!!
