This McDonalds compared to the one on 31st street isn’t very good. They always have me pull up and I normally wait 10-15 Minutes for my food even when they aren’t busy. It once took them 20+ minutes to ge5 me a bacon bagel meal and they gave me a steak bagel not a bacon bagel. If you can, I recommend go8ng to the one on 31st street it’s a lot more efficient, quicker, and cleaner. I don’t really recommend this location.

Drive thru experience is smooth and that’s it. Inside is a dumpster fire. Was given attitude because I asked for a pie that I paid for because it wasn’t in the bag then to find out my order was messsed up too.

A bit difficult to leave the parking lot due to no left turns allowed going east on Roosevelt. You have to swing around the lot again and search for the hidden exit by the back that leads you to go either north or south....same with entering- no entrance easily accessible. Lack of signs made it confusing where to enter/exit.

Every time I order from this location,they mess up the order. This time both bagels were burnt and there was no breakfast sauce when I specifically ordered extra. The quality control at this particular McDonald's located on Roosevelt, has been a joke for the last few years. They always mess something up...no straw, no sandwich, no fries, consistently no breakfast sauce on their breakfast sandwiches...the list goes on. The ONLY reason I continue to order from this McDonald's is because it is the only McDonald's near home. Do better McDonald's.

Your overnight crew has issue, specially the small lady who gave me my food, I said hi, and just gave me an attitude, and I didn’t do anything to her. This was on 7/16 12am. If you see this review, please, do yourself a favor and put your two weeks notice. Next time i will add a picture, so everyone knows who you are.

5 stars because I was very impressed with the excellent customer care of Ceaser. Great people skills and tho' it was thru the drive thru he was very attentive. Made you feel like you mattered. There were 2 other people in the car with me who were also impressed with the way he greeted us and his attentiveness. You got a good one with him.
