They forgot my fries. Not the first time and it probably won't be the last.
I walked in to order an ice coffee because the drive through line was insane, I waited about 15 minutes for the coffee before I handing my receipt to the young lady and asking her to cancel it. No refund and no coffee and no apology, by the time I walked out the drive through line was almost empty.

This is the second time the employees used my rewards for their benefit, feed ur employees Come back a few days later order two extra hash browns pay money they don't give me my hash brown they don't acknowledge I'm at the window they're pretending I don't exist and I don't have time to stick around and wait any longer ✌️

We step on Thursday night around 10 pm. Order over the phone (mobile order) on the Macdonalds App, supposed to be ready with the drive thru.... that's the purpose of the app order in advance so you can have your order..that's what I thought. So I have to wait for my order 20 min. For 2 coffee is ridiculous. Two ladies and the managers just walking around doing i don't know what. That's more ridiculous. No more Macdonalds for me.
