The service is horrible but the food is good well at least the chicken and fish is. I order online they text me to tell me it's ready but I still have to wait 15 additional mintues. This happen frequently.

I got an order of 6 wings, 10 wings and a hot link. The chicken was fried too hard. Overcooked and tasted like they poured the entire container of salt on it. A waste of $40.

For future encounters with your customers, please do not give their food away if you all set a time for pick up. My pickup time was 7:30pm, it was you all who sent me an email at 7:11pm saying it was ready. And then when I get there at 7:38pm to pick my food up, you gave it away talking about it was sitting 20mins. It was waiting on me to pick it up. But if you really think about it, you gave a customer some old food because it was sitting out for 20mins. But I had to waiting until 8:15pm to now wait on some fresh chicken. I have an oven & microwave at home. Please do not do that again. That was very unprofessional for you to do that.

Bad customer service I was told my food was done at 6:10 but had to wait 15-20 minutes to actually receive it and was cursed out for asking to be served my food that I payed for won’t be coming back to that location.

I don't respect when we pay all this money for chicken wings and the chicken is refried and hard. I tried calling them to let them know about it but they had the phone off the hook witch result in a busy line. If I wasn't at work I would have taken that garbage back and ask if that something they would eat and why the hell they selling it to us.Very disappointed that they selling garbage and charging a lot for it..

I really like the atmosphere with the early crew that you have today. My food was beautiful. The cashier Wilenda and the cook Antwon was very pleasant. Their energy makes me want to come back and eat in on my lunch more. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. BEING NICE KEEPS YOUR CUSTOMERS COMING BACK.

I really missed Ms Bolden. Glade to see her back. This woman works hard. I couldn't do it. By Ricketts being in the map people comes in all day with doordash, Uber eats & etc. the Chicken and Fish ? some of the hottest order. I'll seen the line out the door. Hat off to the cook also. They're hard worker there. Out door order and indoor order. I take my hate off to them.

Every time I go there I always get their chicken and they have the best chicken and mild sauce ever and it's always fresh. We'll eat from them everyday if I could. And the people there are so nice.

Parking: Their parking lot is so big that you guaranteed to always have somewhere to park.

The big fat nasty looking lady cashier has a very nasty attitude. If you’re going to have someone working in your establishment, they should be more professionally dressed, not looking like they just rolled out of the bed. I am a Uber eats driver and I went there three days in a row and she had all the same clothes. Just disgusting. I bet you the food taste like how she looks.

Went there a few months ago, because the food is good at most times....but the service is what made me really stop going, the older lady at the front always has a nasty attitude...I dont need all that nastiness when I'm spending my money. I understand people have bad days, but EVERYDAY seems like a bad day for her. So no thanks, I'll get my wings elsewhere where they are not rude.

I ordered 3 wings and an Arizona and it took 35 minutes to get my simple order, but when I took a bite into the wings I thought they were mediocre at best and weren’t actually wings just fried chicken.
