Wendy's food is always good, but this store is very stingy with their ketchup. 4th visit and I finally got ketchup in my bag even tho I asked for it and they said there was ketchup in the bag but there wasn't. So I had to ask again.

Came at a semi-busy time around 11, had a mobile order and everything went swimmingly until realizing we were missing an item, so I came back and told them what happened through the drive thru mic and the girl said “oh we don’t have that right now” and tried to substitute my $3.89 cinnabon delights for a singular cookie that’s a bit over a dollar, I asked if that was worth the same and she just asked me to pull to the window, at the window she said she’ll give 3 cookies and either way I can ask for a refund, I asked for a frosty instead and she gave me it but wouldn’t speak to me anymore. I work in service and always try to be as nice to the nice people as possible, I was trying my best to be respectful and non complicated but not giving us an item because it’s unavailable and not letting us know is kinda crazy.
I ordered a pick up DoorDash order to be delivered to my house… and they put whatever they wanted in the bag. Both sandwiches were wrong . I ordered spicy (got regular) and Asiago. Both only had lettuce and cheese. (I’m lactose intolerant) … Missing 4 piece nuggets (for my son) and instead of Mango lemonade they gave me Orange Fanta.. what’s the point of ordering what I want if they’re going to choose for me . I mean cmon lmao . Everything cost money so I don’t understand why they can follow simple instructions. This is McDonald’s behavior.

The manager was very apologetic for his staff.
My nuggets were cold other than that it was good
My fries were not hot at all.
