Stopped on our way to the Sunflower Festival in Mountain City. I ordered a regular brewed coffee and one of their special cold brews. Aside from the amazing coffee it's the people working that make this so special. Both were extremely helpful and personable, true examples of TN hospitality. Well worth the drive, and don't forget to get a bag or two of popcorn!!

A great shop, I'm always treated with the utmost respect. Owned and ran my veterans in the military. Visited twice and both times treated the same. My daughter (12) got to choose her own drink and it was made exactly how she requested. Also took some coffee grounds home for my wife. Huge popcorn selection as well!

What a surprise inside of the patriot popcorn store. The people are friendly, but more importantly Abbie listened to what I wanted in a chai tea latte. She gave me so many choices. Unfortunately, baristas use a script and not from listening to the client. I can’t tell you how happy we were with our drinks. Having patriot popcorn, and the coffee shop together is a reason to return. Thank you Abbi, John and Tim for your friendliness.

Best people and best coffee/chai! I tell Abby to whip me something up every time I have gone in and surprise me. She never disappoints! If you like chai, definitely try hers!! It’s yummy! Right inside of the patriot popcorn, you can also get a snack while you get your popcorn! It’s hard to beat!!

The coffee blend itself and the cold brew is so full of flavor and the syrups used if you do a latte balance so well! Nothing is ever too sweet and each drink is made to perfection. You can tell when you go in that Abby loves her customers and values who they are what they do. It’s never a customer placing a coffee order, it’s them getting to know one another on a deeper level, where they came from, and their goals. It’s community and she’s doing such great things investing back into it. I’ll always have this be my go-to place!!!

Just walked in for some hot coffee on a cold morning and was instantly welcomed like I had been a friend for years. The service and welcoming nature of the workers/owners is unparalleled, truly the best experience I've ever had going into any coffee shop period. AND on top of that the coffee was made quick and super delicious and the popcorn (which I originally had no intention of buying) was out of this world. Needless to say this place is a must every time I am in the area from now on.

Best coffee shop in Johnson City! My boys and I were out this Black Friday evening but we were not shopping for merchandise, we were trying out the different coffee shops in Johnson City. This is the shop that we all voted as # 1!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing people, amazing coffee, amazing popcorn. The aroma in the air was delicious and just made it all even more fantastic.My older son had the lumberjack, my youngest son had a mocha frappuccino thingy, and I had a chai (I don't remember the exact name but there was coffee in it). Abigail experimented by making me a drink comparable to One that I used to Love at a coffee shop back home. She was so gracious and awesome and the drink that she made was better than the one from back home. The real pecans and cinnamon in the drink absolutely made the drink fantastic in every way. Don't ever stop using the real pecans in your coffees. Hopefully she puts this one on the menu so I can order it often.John let us sample the popcorn and it was fantastic. I bought a bag of the vanilla popcorn and it is the best popcorn that I have ever had. We will definitely be purchasing more.I was very impressed with Abigail and John in every way. Two very amazing people running two very amazing businesses with the most fantastic personalities.This place is hands down the best coffee shop in town!!!

There are a lot of local coffee shops in the tri-cities, and I've tried most of them. Brewista and the Bean makes some of the best I've had; but what really keeps me coming back is the service. Abby will make you whatever crazy combo of flavors you want with a smile on her face every time! They also stay open later than most other coffee shops, which is awesome for those nights you need help concentrating.
