Went here last night with my wife, brother-in-law and his wife for the fish fry. We all had the Blue Gills. Absolutely the best ever. Will make this our #1 place for dinner on Fridays! Great food and service!! EXCELLENT!!
Don't let the outside appearance fool you, this is a very nice bar/restaurant. We stopped on a Friday night for the bluegills and are glad we did. Excellent tasting and plenty of them. The fried perch dinner was equally as good. Will definitely be back.
Went riding with my buddy on motorcycle heading west and ended up having a few beers at Welcome Matt. The place felt very homey and welcoming. The waitress was very nice, didn't get her name. We saw the outside sign stating king crab legs for dinner but missed them as they stopped serving dinner as 9pm. We kept ordering beers and teased the waitress saying, you know what would go good with these beers? Some crab legs. She said they would have the crab legs special in a month....
