The staff seem to not care about the store at all.. there was a young lady who didn’t greet me at all.. she approached the counter waited for me to tell her what I wanted.. after doing so she didn’t tell me the total she expected me to look down at the screen and pay when I was ready. When the transaction approved she didn’t say anything just walked off didn’t care to ask me if I needed the receipt or anything her customer service is VERY POOR

The staff don't seem to care about the store. I've gone at 1045am, they say it opens at 11am. Today I was there at 10:58am, and the lady said she opens at 11:30am. I asked her why 11:30, not 11am. She said "Because it's 11am". Twice they lost my business and they absolutely don't care. No hello, no courteousness, nothing.

The pretzels are AMAZING when they are fresh and hot. They are not so good when they have been sitting for hours. It is expensive for what you get but there is nothing else like Auntie Anne's. The bites are the way to go. The cinnamon ones are the best but they are extra messy so grab some extra napkins.
