We came here on a whim and the pizza was absolutely incredible. We just happened to be passing through Hinsdale and I was craving pizza, and decided on this place. Literally every single ingredient/component of the pizza worked together perfectly. The sauce was delicious and perfectly flavorful, you could tell the ingredients were high quality, the cheese was amazing, and it was legit tavern style thin crust pizza. My mouth is actually watering even thinking about it.
When we went to pickup our order, the woman who helped us was super friendly and communicative about the status of our order. Our order was ready on time and accurate. Then inside of the restaurant was super cute, and I like how they do a special slice of the day.
I really wish we lived closer, because this would absolutely be a go to pizza place for me. If/when I go back to Hinsdale again for anything, I will 100% be ordering pizza from here. I don’t even want to try any other places in the area.
The fact that I liked the pizza so much says a lot. I eat pizza at least once a week. I have my go to pizza places that I love, but I also try new/different places pretty regularly. It’s been several years since I’ve been this impressed by a new pizza place outside of my regulars. I’ve already told several people about it, and I’ll make sure to continue to let everyone know how delicious this pizza is!!

I had a hard time finding a good pizza place after moving back to the area. The old places are all gone. I’m so happy I found Brasi’s! They make a perfect Chicago tavern pizza. We get one every Friday for our family pizza movie night. The girl at the front counter is a sweetheart as well and always has a smile on her face. She gave me a taste of the cremino (espresso milkshake) last year and I’m completely obsessed with them! I’ve dragged so many friends and family in there for one and they all love it too! I also like the different Italian goods you can buy there as well. I haven’t tried the other things on their extensive menu, but I’m looking forward to doing so. 👍🏼👍🏼

Brasi’s is Hinsdale newest pizza spot. First impressions walking it during the summer it was unbearably hot. I would recommend making sure your order is ready or wait in your car before picking up because there is not much room inside if it busier. I have come here twice and ordered different pizzas each time. The first time I got their Sicily style pizza which I was unfamiliar with. It’s thicker almost like Detroit style pizza just higher end. I thought the dough was good but the sauce could use more flavor. Next visit I got a margarita pizza. It was good but not anything crazy. It is on the pricier side as well. The workers here are terribly nice. You can tell they work hard to deliver the food on time and fresh.

Wonderful food. So reasonable in an area where it doesn't have to be reasonably priced. Highly recommend the pizza, but don't sleep on the rest of the menu. Staff really cares about getting it right. It's appreciated.
