Brasi’s is Hinsdale newest pizza spot. First impressions walking it during the summer it was unbearably hot. I would recommend making sure your order is ready or wait in your car before picking up because there is not much room inside if it busier. I have come here twice and ordered different pizzas each time. The first time I got their Sicily style pizza which I was unfamiliar with. It’s thicker almost like Detroit style pizza just higher end. I thought the dough was good but the sauce could use more flavor. Next visit I got a margarita pizza. It was good but not anything crazy. It is on the pricier side as well. The workers here are terribly nice. You can tell they work hard to deliver the food on time and fresh.

Wonderful food. So reasonable in an area where it doesn't have to be reasonably priced. Highly recommend the pizza, but don't sleep on the rest of the menu. Staff really cares about getting it right. It's appreciated.

We've been here a few times and will continue to go back. Service is great, food is good and pizza was very good. I love sweet sauce and my fiancé’s family owns a pizza restaurant and are from Calabria and this reminds us of their pizza. If you love coffee and especially espresso, try their cremino! We’re in love with them!

This place is amazing, from the food, the service, and the atmosphere. My father has had a pizzeria since 1977 so I grew up in the business. The pizza is delicious, especially the thin crust. If you happen to pass by looking for a caffeine boost, especially on a hot day, get their cremino… wow! It reminds me of the ones I get when I visit my family in Italy. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I love grabbing lunch at Brasi’s. So many options and all delicious. The Palermo and Solanto are my favorite paninis. The Brasi’s Insalata is my favorite salad and of course the pizza is great. We also had Brasi’s cater out staff lunch and they were amazing. Always friendly and always tasty!
