Every time I'm in the area I like to come in & support this local woman owned coffee shop. Today made me seriously reconsider any future visits. The latino tall skinny guy with glasses is incredibly hostile & condescending. I immediately wanted to cancel my order & run out the door. The environment is not friendly, warm or inviting when he's running the show. Do better.

Cute excellent coffee shop in Hinsdale. It’s in the alleyway but when I think of a morning panini or coffee i think La Fortuna rather than Starbucks. Definitely try this place out. Workers are friendly and you won’t regret spending your money here!

Good coffee, but service is so bizarrely unfriendly. It’s like they don’t want you there, despite them being nearly empty most of the time. I’ve visited 4-5 times, and experience is the same every time. The Starbucks around the corner, despite being the big company owned operation, has such a better personal, friendly touch. Exact opposite of what you’d expect. Management / employee culture issue.

The best Americano I’ve had in a LONG time!! Truly tasty with so many flavors coming through, no acidity and was served VERY hot just the way I like it.
Decided to make the drive here because of the 4.7 star rating. First time here and left very dissapointed. Initially was going to get 2 coffees and 2 breads, but the guy at the cash register was cutting me off when ordering and was arrogant which made me reconsider spending my money here and instead, only bought 1 coffee. Para el señor cajero de esta mañana, si no disfrutas tu trabajo, busca otro. Tu actitud arrogante no es placentera. To the guy at the cash register, if you do not enjoy your job, please get a different job. Your arrogant attitude is not pleasant

Got a latte from there this past Sunday before they closed at noon. That's a little too early to close. The latte was fine. Haven't tried the food. The service was not that great. I guess they are too used to dealing with the wealthy Hinsdalians and their spoiled children. Fake and bitter, just like bad coffee. There is no seating except outside in the sun with no shade whatsoever. Maybe just go for the coffee and a sunburn, and pretend that you're a robot as you leave, because the place is not as conducive to community as it could be.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! Have been going here for years. Owner and staff are always extremely friendly and the coffee is amazing! The paninis are also delicious! Such a great little gem in downtown Hinsdale!
