THIS is the Dunkin to go to on Ogden Ave in Hinsdale! Not sure on the man’s name who made our 4 iced coffees on Monday Aug 11, but they were the best ones we ever drank! He should get a raise and get promoted to train all the area Dunkin’s to make them exactly like that! We tried calling to let you know of your greatness, but customer service dropped our call. Thank you sir!
8:09pm on march 01 2025 Ordered a small coffee thru mobile app. Walked in. Silent lady was cleaning. Grabbed my drink and donut, and I left While sipping the coffee. A piece of saran wrap almost went down my throat. I coughed it up and was like wtf is this? In a coffee? Plastic saran wrap. Which does release chemicals in hot water. This was the worst experience I've had at Dunkin Donuts. Ever! So I tossed it in the garbage after that. Honestly don't feel.safe eating the donut so I've trashed that as well. Thank.you dunkin for the bad experience. And I'm now feeling as if there is something in my chest.
