8:09pm on march 01 2025 Ordered a small coffee thru mobile app. Walked in. Silent lady was cleaning. Grabbed my drink and donut, and I left While sipping the coffee. A piece of saran wrap almost went down my throat. I coughed it up and was like wtf is this? In a coffee? Plastic saran wrap. Which does release chemicals in hot water. This was the worst experience I've had at Dunkin Donuts. Ever! So I tossed it in the garbage after that. Honestly don't feel.safe eating the donut so I've trashed that as well. Thank.you dunkin for the bad experience. And I'm now feeling as if there is something in my chest.

I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich was completely cold. They also did not have any croissants. The girl at the register also messed up handling the money with my Dad and shorted him on change.

Showed up 2 hours before posted close to be looked dead in the face and ignored, called and we listened to it ring together. Worst customer care I've experienced.

Was in there yesterday and saw the woman behind the counter preparing a customer's order. She was using her bare hands right after sneezing and not even covering her nose. She continued to make the customer's sandwich with her bare hands... NO GLOVES! I walked over to the customer as he waited for his order told him what I saw and he said he saw it too. I said, "You are crazy if you eat that." He agreed and ended up walking out as soon as I did. This experience completely blows my mind. I will never visit this place again!
