did a pick up order and was taking forever. called the store about 7 times when finally someone answered and let me know she was by herself. big credits to the lady who was working today around 11am. dunkin do better and get someone to work with her. having her work alone is INSANE

I went there this morning thinking , okay we have a DD with a drive thru. Well, the coffee was old, the hash browns were not cooked and the egg in the sandwich was cooked enough where I could eat it. I will continue going to the walk in DD in Willowbrook and to the DD in Westmont, where I actually worked when I first retired many years ago. Agree with the previous customer, 1st and last time going there.

Stay far away from this location. Manager is rude & completely clueless. Unprofessional to say the least. If you want cold or hard food this is the perfect spot for that!!! Would rather eat dirt off the side of the road!!!!
