I came in earlier today, ordered two coffees and 6 donuts they probably had 10 donuts on the rack they’re selection was small they had no options so I was forced to take what they had one I received my donuts I waited on my drinks and noticed that they were hard and stale it felt as if they stayed out since the time they opened. I asked one of the employees for a refund since they were hard and un edible she then proceeded to say she couldn’t do a refund and that she would speak to a manager to attempt to resolve the situation. Once on the phone with the manager we told her about the dunuts being hard and she then told us that they were fresh and soft ( she was not in so there’s no possible way she could just say that over the phone) we told her that we wanted a refund and she said she couldn’t do one over the phone and that we had to come back the next day. She was being very disrespectful and honestly if this is how she’s managing this location she need to work as a janitor in a gas station I myself am a manger in the food industry and I wouldn’t hire this trash even to clean the toilets let alone talk to customers. If you didn’t guess already I wouldn’t recommend this location it’s trash. Just like the manager. Kim work on your service or start looking for a new job. ?

Starbucks prices, fuel station quality.They installed a touchscreen. Either give a 12% discount for the customer to put in their own order, or raise prices and take the order. Either/or, not both.

Walked in and two of the employees behind the counter were arguing, wasn't acknowledged by either of them, had to put my order in through the self checkout. The floor was sticky and kinda dirty, they had a wet floor sign by it but it hadn't been mopped. Finally got my order, just to find out in my car they gave me the wrong kind of bagel. I was charged for an everything bagel and they gave me plain. Didn't have time to go back in to exchange it.

My first and only time at this location! The line went to the back of the store and moved at a snails pace, much like the employees. They do not know how to hustle to get their customers taken care of and on their way. I was so far back in the line, that I decided to sit down and place a mobile order because it would prove to be faster than waiting to order at the register. Definitely late to work. No thank you.
