I have been going to Einstein's for many years and it has changed for the worst over time. Everytime I order one bagel sandwich with a coffee, I have to repeat my order multiple times, and it is clear to me the staff does not care. Prices have gone up and you can't sit anymore in the place. Parking is always a challenge in downtown Hinsdale. Its just not worth the aggravation anymore, I will not be going back.

I have been at this location twice and I get a negative vibe as soon as I walk in the door. Employees seem unhappy to be there and the cashier was talking to someone on her phone while ringing me up. When she picked my bagel order she messed that up and I didn't find out until I got home.

Their bagels were so delicious and they put a good amount of cream cheese! The service was really nice, and pickup was easy. I can't believe I never ordered from this place before. New favorite!

When I decided to write a review, I didn’t think that I would see comments about what I wanted to share. Just as everyone else, the person who takes the order is not friendly (I said good morning like 2 times and there was no reply.)The cashier is nicer, i thought the food was good but the attitude change my experience. If I ever decide to give it another chance, it will be a Mobil order.

I sincerely wish there was another Einstein Bros nearby. Love the brand and food, however service at this particular place is let’s say non-existent. I saw some other reviews about service, at least I am not the only feeling this way.Eventually, it hurts the Einstein brand and hope some management individual would pay attention.Updated 2/20 evening-Ok, I will give another try in the near future and let you know if the service has gotten better. nasty place. Employees are rude and could care less about listening to your order. This is my third time getting wrong order. A very simple order. Go to Panera or buy bagels from a grocery store
This place has cockroaches. It’s funny because this was the first time in like 10 years that I went to an Einsteins Bagels and of course I see a dead cockroach right there on the floor next to the register. Here is a photo, the wall and floor tile will be pretty recognizable for you unfortunate locals.

Horrible Delivery experienceI ordered 2 tubs of Jalapeno Salsa Shmear, 2 Green Chile Bagel and 1 Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel through Uber Eats. When it was delivered I found they had 2 Asiago bagel and 1 Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel (See pictures), No Tub of Shmears.I called but no one picked up the phone.I understand the delivery person should have checked but I feel restaurant should also take the responsibility of making sure the order is fulfilled.

I have to side with all the 1 star reviews. My bagel was burned like the inside was completely charred and ruined the entire taste. I was already home so I didn't bother going back. Save your money or go to panera instead
