We ordered at the wrong location and attempted to call this location for 15 minutes with no answer…. During business hours…. How they are in business with being incapable of answering a phone is beyond me.

Pros. Delicious bagels. Cons. Parking is a nightmare and very expensive. Service is lacking. They do not answer phones. Orders take a very long time to be completed.

I have been going to Einstein's for many years and it has changed for the worst over time. Everytime I order one bagel sandwich with a coffee, I have to repeat my order multiple times, and it is clear to me the staff does not care. Prices have gone up and you can't sit anymore in the place. Parking is always a challenge in downtown Hinsdale. Its just not worth the aggravation anymore, I will not be going back.

I have been at this location twice and I get a negative vibe as soon as I walk in the door. Employees seem unhappy to be there and the cashier was talking to someone on her phone while ringing me up. When she picked my bagel order she messed that up and I didn't find out until I got home.

Their bagels were so delicious and they put a good amount of cream cheese! The service was really nice, and pickup was easy. I can't believe I never ordered from this place before. New favorite!
When I decided to write a review, I didn’t think that I would see comments about what I wanted to share. Just as everyone else, the person who takes the order is not friendly (I said good morning like 2 times and there was no reply.)The cashier is nicer, i thought the food was good but the attitude change my experience. If I ever decide to give it another chance, it will be a Mobil order.

I sincerely wish there was another Einstein Bros nearby. Love the brand and food, however service at this particular place is let’s say non-existent. I saw some other reviews about service, at least I am not the only feeling this way.Eventually, it hurts the Einstein brand and hope some management individual would pay attention.Updated 2/20 evening-Ok, I will give another try in the near future and let you know if the service has gotten better.
