Best sub shop in the area. The deli meat and bread are super fresh. They give you double the meat and cheese you would get at a chain. The shop has a real personality to it and makes probably the best Italian sub I’ve ever had. Amazing experience overall will definitely come

Just got an order to go and got home with their daily soup special and this is what I found when I opened it. I frequent this location after having been a loyal customer at their Chicago location for many years. But recently they haven't been getting our sandwiches right even after repeatedly telling them what toppings we want.

My husband and I stopped here last week after his appt at nearby hospital. We were craving a good sandwich. Well fontanos did not disappoint. We order the Italian hoagie, Italian beef and classic Chicago mix popcorn. Customer service was good also they were kind and willing to answer questions. The sandwhiches were great i highly recommend and we will be back

The best Italian subs in the Chicago area. I buy a 6 foot sub every year for my friends Super Bowl party and it is by far the most popular thing to eat. I've been to the original store on Polk St and this store is every bit as good. The ingredients are fresh and the bread is amazing.
