This used to be my favorite place, but not after tonight’s service. I’m very upset with how we were treated by our waitress, her name on the receipt was Merry O. This was my first time being served by her. This was also the first time I invited some family members out to try my favorite place and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The waitress we had tonight was very unpleasant and unprofessional, she took a long time to greet us at our table, we had to constantly wave her down to refill our drinks. She wasn’t attentive and didn’t have proper etiquette. She sat down next to her coworker and was on her phone, then she came over and asked if we needed anything else, we said not at the moment, she came back a minute later and mentioned she was going to close us out, we hadn’t asked for the bill, the time was 9:12, and we were still enjoying our dessert. I asked her if they were closing, she said “no, but my shift ended awhile ago”. She told us our total and brought the card reader without bringing us an itemized receipt. She was rushing us to pay, but we asked for her to bring us an itemized receipt. My brother in law still left a 20% tip out of kindness, although he mentioned he was very upset with the unpleasant service. The bill was over $400 including tip. This is not the experience I was expecting from such an awesome place. I’m very upset and embarrassed for the guests I brought.

Our waiter was stellar. The food came out quickly and correctly. The portions were very large and excellent ly seasoned. My only critic was it was earlier in the evening and the music was a bit loud. Perhaps if there were more people the volume of the music wouldn't be an issue.

First time and won’t be my last! We ordered a brisket grilled cheese and derby winner. Mallory recommended the animal fries and they were delicious! Mallory was so nice when taking my carry out order and wrote a sweet note in my fries! Thank you Mallory!

Such a cute place in the heart of DT Hinsdale. The outdoor patio is everything you’d want for Chicago summers. Sara R. Was incredible and recommended the ASIAN WONTON salad with shrimp. Everything was great!
