Service is great and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Been here 3 times I was a little disappointed this time. The chicken in my salad was chewy, we also ordered a pizza which was good, but I found a hair in it, which really disappointed us. They need to be more careful with that.

My first time here. Definitely busy on a Friday evening, but still got seated right away. Great food and service, no pressure to get out when we finished eating, all around a good experience. I'll be back when I'm in town again.

Service was fine but food was mediocre. I had a salad with salmon. I specifically asked that the salmon not be overcooked. Waiter acknowledged my request and assured me it would be as requested. Of course it came overcooked. Radically overcooked. Asked for another and guess what...also overcooked. Super nice waiter explained that it was a weekend and the kitchen was really busy. Um...so does that mean you're discounting the price? I totally understand but how is that my problem? If you can't deliver consistent quality then don't offer food items.
Waiter then explained that other patrons don't complain. Yeah sorry to be a pain but maybe their expectations are lower and/or they don't know how salmon should be properly cooked. He did offer to get me something else but I looking at my friend's meals I didn't have much faith in anything the kitchen put out so I declined. Husband had the sliders and the steak was so chewy he couldn't eat them. Waiter took my salad off the bill so I appreciated that.
Seemed like the only reason for it's popularity is the scant options in the burbs. Loud, crowded, mediocre food...no hurry to go back.
We have never had a bad meal. Artichoke dip appetizer was very tasty. Burgers are always good, we have tried several over different trips. My bro was with us and he mentioned, several times, how much he liked his burger. I had the steak sandwich which I would recommend, great mix of flavors. They have a delicious drink menu as well. I would highly recommend you try them, you will not be disappointed.
