I tried a different jjs than normal and yet again the manager Autumn was working so I'm assuming she's higher than the GM, who has manners and respect, but this autumn character is one of the rudest persons of power I've encountered. The owner must be doing a very terrible job. Employees were nice but busy, but certain not Autumn

I've ordered delivery here a couple times, and they always manage to drop it off at the wrong spot. Today, they just completely lost my food. Took the other sandwich they delivered incorrectly to the other address, it wasn't there either. Wouldn't recommend delivery, which should be their strong suit

I mobile ordered a lil John #5 with mayo, cucumber,pickles and hot peppers. But they forgot to put the meat. I’m on 30 mins lunch break so I couldn’t go back to get it fix. I ate a veggie sandwich.

I have been ordering Jimmy John’s from this location for probably 7 years, at least once maybe twice a month. I frequently have things wrong that I don’t even call about because it’s small and I don’t want to be petty. However I called today because my daughter got spicy chips instead of her regular ones and she couldn’t eat them, I was missing sauce, there were no straws, so I called. The guy who handled my call did not care whatsoever and was annoyed I was calling. He hung up the phone on me. I proceeded to keep calling and they would pick up and hang up. I finally was able to speak to him and I said I can return all of the food and I want a full refund and he said “we don’t do full refunds” and hung up the phone. I will never order from this location again and probably won’t be giving Jimmy John’s anymore money after this. I used to serve and manage restaurants and I know how busy rushes can be, and how annoying picky people are. I still never treated any customer the way this person treated me. I called corporate customer service and he was very pleasant, but this specific location has a lot of immature staff and I don’t expect them to get better any time soon.
I go to Jimmy John’s occasionally and I always get great service and good food. The staff are always friendly with the customers and with each other.

It’s exhausting being at Hinsdale hospital for 10-12 hours a day with family and not being able to leave but when you order delivery and trust that it’s right and it’s not then that really flames the fire. Ordered my sandwich with extra onions add peppers which really makes the sandwich pop for me and that was left off. Something that little which was clearly on the receipt and not on order ruined it for me.

Went here for lunch with my friend and they skimped out on the sandwich. I ordered a blt without tomato and didn’t get any mayo. My friend ordered a slim 6 and barely got any cheese. We might as well just ordered the bread at this point.
