I am not a complicated man. All I ask is for turkey and cheese between a loaf of nicely oven baked bread. However, this “Jimmy John’s” decided that I did not need the cheese I ordered, and delivered me 2 slices of turkey (sans my cheese) on an uninspiring loaf. Freaky Fast? Amazing customer service. Employee wished me happy holidays. Food was delicious and I highly recommend this establishment. I came at 1PM on a Monday.Parking: Lots of spots with a big parking lot and a little area up front by establishments.Kid-friendliness: Amazing kid friendliness. They have “Little John’s” which is a mini sandwich available in Originals (#1-#6). They have some drinks that are not caffeinated such as Water, Lemonade, Fanta, and Sprite.

I ordered through the app for my lunch and I ordered 2 sandwiches and just got 1. so much for being freakishly fast and getting my order right. I called them to let them know about my missing sandwich and letting them know that I had been waiting on top of that and all the employee can offer was delivering my other sandwich. which originally was supposed to be delivered with my first one. I also got food poisoning from that second sandwich. Thanks a bunch Jimmy John’s now I know why ppl tell me to stop giving them my business

Food never arrived for lunch at our office. Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude when I called. Not sure if I'll ever see a refund. Another occasion I stopped in the store15 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn't make my son a sandwich because they put everything away. Really? If you are the owner of this franchise, you need better help. No wonder the store is always dead.

Website is completely incorrect, location apparently closes at 7pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. Fortunately staff answered the phone to at least say so

Google needs to implement a 0 stars rule because that’s what my experience deserves. I was just their 39 minutes ago and their was supposed to be a different guy taking my order but this dude employee took my order instead. Not only was he pressuring me to size up my sandwich when I politely asked for a six inch, but when I ordered another sandwich he put it in as 12 inch instead of asking me what size I wanted. Than he rudely left to make my sandwich and didn’t give me a recipe. The whole time he interacted with me he used a unpleasant tone and looked annoyed to even be taking my order. Overall I feel bad for leaving this review because I am NEVER the type to be hating on people and usually am quiet if someone’s rude to me but this guy really set the edge on me.

Place is outstanding! Employees are more like teammates- as opposed to coworkers- given how they work so well together in a fast paced and packed store that I saw today over lunch. The manager confirmed my order before handing off to me and the crew making sandwiches and working the register couldn't have been more engaged and friendly. Best Jimmy John's experience I've had and I've been a loyal Jimmy John's guy for well over 10 years. I suspect most of these negative reviews are directly related to the author recently on the wrong end of a breakup. Get over it. Your negativity holds you back and you will continue to be alone until you address that character flaw. Thank me later, assuming you bitter bus riders take my advice. Just bad customer service over all. The driver came in, rang my doorbell twice, although I have specified that I wanted my food to be left outside, made rude comments and left. When I called the manager to complain, he was just as rude, barely listened and hung up. What do you expect from the employee if that's the manager. Well I guess that's a wrap.
