The sushi here is on point. Everything was very fresh. The waitress, Angela was excellent. She even brought out birthday dessert for my dinner companion. I can't say enough about the food and the service, I have no complaints.

Hamds-down my absolute favorite sushi restaurant in the western suburbs of Chicago. The Asian Tacos and Crazy Jalapeño are a must for starters and I've yet to have a specialty roll I didn't love, to include a few off-menu rolls. Be sure to ask your server about those. Speaking of the staff, very friendly and equally attentive. The speed of service is also above par. Nabuki is certainly a spot worth visiting the next time you're in Hinsdale.

Always very good. Service excellent, and the food is very good, comparable to many of the asian restaurants downtown Chicago. Ambiance is nice friendly .... on the modern side. Will go again. One of the best in the Western Suburbs.

Overall, we enjoyed this evening, but there are several challenges that were disappointing. First, it was obvious the front hostess(es) never looked at the seating request that was very explicit in the Open Table request. In fact, you could not have seated us in something more opposite than our request. Second, if we are going to tip 20% on a bottle of wine that is priced 50% more than retail, I would suggest that servers be trained to attentively pour each glass. Lastly, and most importantly, this restaurant has never in the last 3 visits ever had Chutoro Medium Fatty Tuna, or Otoro Fatty Tuna available despite being on the menu. These top two premium choices are the reason to visit a Japanese Tuna restaurant. There is always some lame reason for why they don't have them. I can only reach two conclusions: Whoever orders it, is ineffective in their position and should be fired, or they are not a big enough player in the market to obtain it. Anyways, the food that we had was quite good, but diners should heed the comments...as they are indisputable facts.

Nabuki is our favorite sushi restaurant. Their sushi is always fresh and consistent in flavor. The service is good; servers are very nice and accommodating. Another thumbs up is the noise level, which is perfect for having a conversation. One of our biggest turn-offs is a restaurant that is so loud you can't hear the person sitting next to you. The only thing we don't like is that we can't buy the tasty homemade chips that come with our favorite Tuna Tartare; they are so good!!
Engine oil is what they’re serving to you here ‼️‼️They absolutely do not care about you or what you’re eating, they’re serving you poison oil and you’re eating it thinking they’re taking care of you. Wake up !The oil is poisonThey charge you for crab yet get you imitation!!!! there’s no pure olive oil, they’re feeding you canola oil engine oil wake up. They’re using the cheapest foods and charging you the most expensive prices because they think you’re morons.

The staff here is very nice. The food definitely was a let down. The quality of fish is sub par. The bathrooms could definitely be cleaner. There are better options in the suburbs for sushi.

Sigh, this place is such an energy black hole. I'm always exhausted after eating here. Patrons are trying so hard to act like they are cool city people. They always screw up my take away. Service is half-assed. They need some quiet confidence and empathy.
