this starbucks sucks. Service is so slow and Customers are constantly waiting for their drinks for a long time. Strawberry açai have had such a downfall the workers make it almost white. The pink drinks have black stuff at the bottom of it. Everybody go to the Willowbrook Starbucks!!!!!!!!!

Love Starbucks. Just not this location. Difficult to find parking. You have to pay to park. Lines are long and service is slow. Tough to find a place to sit as people come and sit for hours. They are chronically and consistently understaffed. Not a fan of this location.

Nice Starbucks. I would recommend NOT going there anytime between 3:00-5:00pm though, if you want a quiet place to study or hear yourself talk.
Ordered via the app at 8:05 am, app notice order ready at 8:21 am, Finally left the store at 8:30 with my order that was made incorrectly as I watched them. Some others work on the weekends and prefer to be punctual, not today. Thanks hacks.

Apparently they don’t have water?? Otherwise ok, though closed at irregular hours due to being short-staffed. But seriously, no water?
Never misses!! The super kind barista who was working closing with curly hair on 5/7 was super nice and made me such a good drink. I came in to try the new Summer Refresher and it did not disappoint!! The boba is so good and it’s a little chewy and a little poppy but 10/10 recommend. So fun!
