Reno had a bad attitude the second I walked in he instantly forced us to order and threatened to kick me out I decided to buy something and as I checked out he told me if u mess around I’m kicking u out and proceeded to give me a look that put me in discomfort every 10 seconds he would look over at us to make sure we where behaving and was overall the worst worker I have ever interacted with in my whole life

One of the employees was being very mean and rushing. I walked in the store he immediately said get out unless you’re buying something. So I went to the cashier to buy the cheapest item then they said no so I had to buy something way out of my budget to just stay inside. They could have let me have a little courtesy but they let me have none. Defiantly not coming back

Lovely Starbucks location! Every barista is so kind and I absolutely adore the writings I’ve received on my cups. I’ve seen videos online how writing has become a requirement for Starbucks baristas. while I do love some of the messages I’ve received, I’ve noticed it slows them down!!! Go to this location!!!

this starbucks sucks. Service is so slow and Customers are constantly waiting for their drinks for a long time. Strawberry açai have had such a downfall the workers make it almost white. The pink drinks have black stuff at the bottom of it. Everybody go to the Willowbrook Starbucks!!!!!!!!!
