Coffee served with a Venti side of judgment.While ordering my coffee today, I forgot to ask for creams and sugars up front (I go more often to Panera and don't have to think about it). As I saw the lady at register pouring, I remembered the draconian bar served sugar/cream policy remained, so I asked her to add the half and half in.After a few seconds she responded, "You know there's no extra charge. You can just ask for it first." I clarified that I don't come to Starbucks often, so I simply forgot to ask. No apology or kind response to be had, but this strange interaction begs the question:Does Starbucks often get folks trying to hack the system to get free stuff because Starbucks has become so bad about nickel and diming folks that this is the norm..?...Or do certain baristas see Indian folks ordering and immediately assume they're all just trying to cheapskate their way through a $4 cup of coffee?I'm not sure who or what the problem is here l, but something is off.

When your doctor says you need to drink more water, they really mean Starbucks bean water-but more specifically the Hinsdale locations. They add unlimited pumps of kindness and drizzle love on top, never forgetting the whipped cream of joy. My fiancé loves the turkey sandwiches and only the turkey sandwiches so I made sure to call ahead to see if they had any before I made an Uber eats order. The associate I spoke to was so magical that they saved both sandwiches they had left and even left me a surprise of goodies. I think I spoke to Max; if you ever have the opportunity of meeting or speaking to them, you’ll walk away feeling like you just rode a unicorn. If you ever have the opportunity to visit this location, I recommend the other selection of sandwiches they have (the turkey ones are great but selfishly I just want them available for my fiancé) Max if you remember me, you still make me corny. IYKYK.

Overall, Starbucks is pretty good. I’d say lowering the price of food and making portions bigger, with more included napkins would be a helpful addition.
They don’t take mobile app orders so hard to give 5 but the baristas are awesome

Very dirty, staff is not friendly, staff go's in bathroom for over 12 minutes to smoke her vap, bathroom was smelling so bad from vap smoke, very unprofessional staff, how could trust such staff to make you a good drink, I strongly Do Not recommend this horrible ripoff Starbucks to you don't waste your money in this horrible place runs by few idiots.

The most unprofessional stuff and rude to delivery drivers as well. I had three deliveries yesterday and got three ??? from the merchant for every single delivery!!! I don’t know why and how they can do that to me, i was only picking up already packed order from there not even communicating with any of the stuff, only showing them my order and costumes name and they just decided to give me that random rating that will drop my score as a driver. That is so frustrating and disappointing in the same time. I think they have to start appreciate more the people who deliver for them and be more professional and respectful and stop harassing Any delivery driver who have accent especially in this location. I think they should do something about harassment in this Hinsdale location. The best companies Starbucks should be careful who they hire!!!

Great! I literally LOVE starbucks and they make it so helpful in many ways. First off, if I just need to quickly grab a refreshing drink and quick bite to eat, I can just mobile order ahead. This helps a lot , so when I get there it's waiting on the table for me! The food is great for a snack, lunch, breakfast or on the go meal. Also, my kids like there food options and drink options as well. There is a very wide variety of options for anyone to try. Staff members are extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. If I need help with something, I know who to ask! Great!
