today 04/15/2025 they work very slowly in this shift they don't even give the finished order you just have to put it in the bag and stick it on but they don't do that I even said a little wish to the woman with white hair that everything is ready the coffee will cool down but she answered dissatisfied wait
Fast and friendly service. This location was very clean. Given the time I arrived, I was very pleased with the rapid service. Despite being busy at the time, both staff members I interacted with were very pleasant.

I asked the barista why my iced pecan crunch latte didn't come with sweet foam. I also didn't get the pecan crunch. She said it didn't come with it. I had this drink at a different location and it wasn't the same. She was trying to make 3 drinks at a time and kept looking on the tag because she keeps getting confused. Why do that and compromise customers by giving them inaccurate drinks. Why have a menu of you're not gonna follow it? I even showed her the photo. She still insisted it didn't come with foam. Smh... she was blaming starbucks for false advertisong because when I showed her the picture, she said they just made it look appetizing but that's not what you get. 10/26/24 5:36pm white female barista with long hair.

For the crazy amounts they charge to be told too busy to make the coffee the way I want it is ridiculous.
