I can honestly say this pizza blew me away. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings full of flavor, plus every bite felt amazing. This is the kind of pizza I will remember for a long time.

After prepping for Thanksgiving dinner for 28 our reward tradition is burger night at Vistro Prime. As always the food was delicious, the suggested wine paired perfectly with my burger, we felt welcomed and pampered, the service was outstanding and the restaurant is staffed by truly kind and lovely people. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you to Paul and our server Dulce for making our visit special.

First time here. Waited for a while to be greeted after we were sat. Had to ask for a server and to place drink orders. Tried the pork chop and the fish of the day which was walleye. The pork chop was awesome! Cooked right, great flavor and loved the grits. The walleye was good but not a lot of flavor. Couple of mishaps with our drink orders but the sever but they took care of it.

First time at this quaint restaurant in south downtown Hinsdale. Pleasant atmosphere with a comfortable vibe. We sat at the bar for an early dinner and drinks. The bartender was very friendly and responsive. Our food was excellent. The price was comparable to other upscale restaurants. Would definitely return when in the area.

we enjoy going to Bistro and the other restaurants owned by this fantastic chef. Great food. Good service though a bit noisy if in the front near the bar. Want more quiet, request a table toward the back end of the restaurant.
Lovely reunion dinner for 5 in the front of the restaurant close to closing on a weekday, so super quiet and great service. Good wine. I enjoyed the mussels and French onion soup. We all loved the desserts especially bananas foster.

We met a couple of friends at Vistro Prime and it was very good. We got the flash fried Brussels sprouts, the fish of the day and the filet. All were very delicious. The atmosphere was casual and the service was excellent!
