we enjoy going to Bistro and the other restaurants owned by this fantastic chef. Great food. Good service though a bit noisy if in the front near the bar. Want more quiet, request a table toward the back end of the restaurant.

We met a couple of friends at Vistro Prime and it was very good. We got the flash fried Brussels sprouts, the fish of the day and the filet. All were very delicious. The atmosphere was casual and the service was excellent!

Locals know what a gem “VP” is - as an out of towner, I highly recommend. Though the food is excellent, the service is even better. Get the wings extra done (far from a wing restaurant) but you won’t regret it. The chicken, French onion soup, lamb chops….

Amazing spot, fit for foodies! Lizzie the sometimes bartender and often server is THE best. Get the very unique tomato gimlet drink (can’t remember what it’s called but the name does not remotely come close to describing the deliciousness of this drink!). Lizzie convinced me of it my first visit and that is the main reason I go back…and bring new friends to discover it each time. Fantastic spot!

I booked Vistro for our anniversary. They treated us like royalty. Complimentary champagne toast and dessert. But it was more than that. Our server Liz was excellent and the manager Paul was friendly and observant. The food was excellent and Liz did not rush us. Overall a very pleasant evening. We agreed that Vistro is the best dinning experience in Hinsdale.

We have been coming to Vistro Prime for years and It never disappoints. The caliber of the food and staff are exceptional. Many of the staff have been here since the restaurants opening which adds to the friendly, upscale neighborhood ambiance of this gem in the western suburbs.

We chose Vistro Prime to celebrate a retirement of a friend and this was noted on our reservation. It could not have been a nicer evening. We were greeted with glasses of champagne and also surprised by a Baked Alaska dessert. Our service was impeccable and the food delicious. My husband ordered their homemade soft serve ice cream for dessert and loved it. Our server was outstanding as well. I would give ten stars if possible. We love Vistro Prime!

We dined at Vistro last night to see what's happening in downtown Hinsdale. What a delight! Chef Paul Virant is creative, but has trained his staff to match his cuisine with the perfect pairing of service. We'll make this our go-to for higher end but also comfort food in Hinsdale.
