Nice atmosphere, food didn't take long to get out at all. Ordered a steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It was a bit saltier than I'd want, but it still tastes great. Decent prices during happy hour as well.

Lady in the front who seated us was nice and friendly, atmosphere was good and the food was great. However, our actual waitress seemed as if she would rather be anywhere than there. Looked like she didn’t care, seemed impatient when taking our order as well. Never received plates or silverware and even napkins. Disappeared after we got our main food. Had ordered an appetizer and only received it after telling her we were waiting on it. She seemed to be rushing everything to get us out. Overall the experience was good apart from the waitress.

They are only getting a two star for this sever here. I belive his name tyrone I might be wrong. But wait time was hour but we sat at the bar. It was one waiteess black slight back pony she had a bad attitude and told host tell people its an hour wait although it wasnt that crowded. But the bartender was bartender and doing waitress stuff he was very nice polite and apologetic. Although it was out of their comtrol. Hire more people. Food was undercooked and barely seasoned Lady across sent her food back twice just to find out they precook their pasta but it’s still hard

Don't know if it was an off day for her but the waitress was inattentive and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but work. She would disappear for long stretches of time and was annoyed when I asked for children's menus when I had four children with me between the ages of 12 and 3. Nonetheless my children enjoyed the food and the music. Will edit my post if when I return the service is better.

What a great time! Came in with a large group for dinner and drinks and everything was on point! No ones order came out missing anything or incorrect. The drinks were also delish, we tried multiple off the menu. The manager stopped at the table to check in on us and to make sure everything was good, always a sweet gesture! Such a good experience, will be back again! Highly recommend for any size group.

Amazing service. One of the cleanest Applebees we have been to. Friendly wait staff. Me and my family will be returning. Great job to the Hodgkins Team.

Crestwood Applebee's - we had a group of 9 & restaurant was 1/2 full and told us no waitress to work that area. Another person said to seat us and it was like we were forgotten about. Took 20 minutes to get a beer and shake. Plus 40 mins for our food. Over the past couple years service has gotten worse and worse. We will never go back there again

The Spooky sips and $1 zombie drinks are definitely a hit and worth it. Please be patient with the bartender when it comes to drinks and with your server as they are trying to get to all 5 tables in a timely manner. Please treat the host with respect as it isn’t their fault there is a wait time. Please wait to be seated- including the bar. First come first serve. At the end of the day we’re all leaving the same place, there is no rush.
