I wouldn't ordered milkshakes at night at this location. I order one today and there was more milk that ice cream on that shake. This is not the first time I have order at night and is always the same thing. If I am paying for a milkshake I expect a milkshake not flavor milk. I taught about going back to complain but dont want my food messed with. Completely disappointed, I was really craving a nice shake. To the guy who works at night, do better and stop being lazy and actually scoop the ice-cream.
Ordered two polar pies online. Arrived to pick them up, worker said that they didn’t have one type that I ordered. Asked how I would know that, she said there isn’t a way to know that through online orders. Asked if I could get a refund for it, she said I’d have to call customer service. Asked where I could give feedback/complaint about this, she said I could come back into the store the next day.
One of the pies we received had also clearly melted previously and then been refrozen.
So if you make an online order here, know that it you aren’t guaranteed to get what you ordered, and you will have to either call the store ahead of time (maybe this would help? Idk) or find out when you arrive. And also know that staff is pretty unhelpful and dismissive. Would recommend going somewhere else.
Went and asked for 2 extra thick milkshakes and she didn’t even mention an upcharge of $3 for it to be actually thick because the normal shake tends to be milky. When I got to the window and heard the price I asked why and she said we charge for more ice cream to make it extra thick. She was really rude too.
Paid for two scoops, store gave one only. Save your money and just go to Walmart nextdoor for ice cream. It's the same quality and better value.
I gave this Dunkin Baskin 3x to redeem its self but Noo food was undercooked and expired my drinks were watery my Grilled Cheese WASNT even put on the flat top or the toaster he put cheese and tossed it in the chef mike got that Lil pack of bacon snack it had lines of cold grease build up im good and done its sad that I have to go almost 2 towns over to get my Dunkin when im jus across the street called corporate all they can say is their sorry and that this DD ISNT one of theirs they jus pay to use the name
Terrible service guy working the window was yelling at me because they are out of two different types of ice cream. Had a huge attitude i wouldn't go here or trust the service!
This place is terrible. Doors locked and only the drive thru is open. They can't tell you what ice cream they have. Wasted 30 mins in the drive thru to get a couple of donuts when we really wanted ice cream. They don't hand pack quarts either, so don't bother asking. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.
Every single time ive been here theyve gotten the order wrong. Every. Time. We are leaving once again with the wrong order bc the manager is unprofessional and im sick of the horrible service.
The owners must be money hungry. I order a caramel blaster i also asked for a cup of water I just wanted to take my medicine and she said we can’t give you water but if you want we can give you a cup of ice for $2.18 I was shocked ? first dunkin/baskin that had ever done that. So I drove off never going here again. I was still buying something smh

Another joke of an experience. Knowing that they made COKE floats (gross), I asked if they could make a root beer float. They said YES, handed it to us in drive-thru, took one sip and....COKE float!!!! Unreal how they are still in business. Every other trip there is a disaster.
I was just there in the longest drive thru ever 15 mins in the drive thru and when I finally got to the speaker mind you I had to say "hello" first before the rude girl took my order. I told her what I wanted and then she says "I'm sorry I cant hear you" so then I said it louder and the rude girl had the nerve to get smart and say "you don't have to say it that loud" so I said it for the third time and then I told her "don't talk back and speak to customers that way" then the girl had the nerve to get smart with me again and say "yeah same to you" Wow really talking back to a customer in the drive thru? She needs to be fired and I'll make sure of it when I call the corporate. Needless to say I didn't get anything I'm not spending a dime for this location ever again. This location should be shut down since they dont know how to treat customers. News flash you dont talk or treat people any kind of way. For the rude girl who was at the speaker and took orders watch how you talk to people hunny watch your mouth because the next person she tries to get smart with may not be as nice as I was just and FYI.
I had a question about dry ice, so I called.This location does not answer the phone. Not making a trip for something that could be accomplished with a phone call. Not doing business here.
Just waited for 10 minutes (w/ no line on the Baskin Robbins side) for nothing...we weren’t even acknowledged. We ended up leaving such a waste of time.
