Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Food use to be good a couple months ago. Now the ranch isn’t even filled to the middle, chicken is always cold ( even when I pick it up and they say their finishing it up ). They have new workers it seems and it’s just not good anymore. Chicken barely ever has sauce and sometimes the chicken is hard and not pleasing to bite into like it’s been sitting out.

Awfully understaffed and unprofessional

Terrible staff, they don’t acknowledge customers. Orders were way delayed, no issue if they are understaffed but pls communicate or close the orders. Both on the phone texting and cooking.. TV order was off and waited a total of 40 minutes.

Jayme the manager is rude. I’ve seen and heard her belittle the workers. Ever since the ownership has changed this place has gone down hill. This location is also unhygienic. Take your money elsewhere.

Staff is super nice patient, friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the delicious wings. Felt welcomed.

I just ordered from here off of DoorDash last night and the food was good, my only issue is that the brownie I paid for was 5 months expired and it does not look edible at all. I’m only writing this review because I don’t think they know their brownies are well past the expiration date, so hopefully if they read this a future customer will not experience the same thing.

Tried Buffalo Wild Wings Go for the first time and I was impressed. The staff had good customer service, the restaurant and bathroom was clean, and the food tasted good. I would definitely visit again.

Ordered a six piece of wings today at 1:49 pm to go. When I got home, I realized they forgot to add two 1.5 oz ranch into my bag. The simplest order and cannot get it right. The place wasn't even busy during this time, very disappointed

If I can give more than five stars I would! Thank you Zack! He got our pick up order on point! Very friendly when placing online and we were able to call and give the special instructions such as extra wet and crispy since online we don’t get the option. I appreciate his customer service. Zack has a clean store and his staff is also on point for working as a team and getting the order on time and well prepared. Thank you so much. I believe he is the manager well done you are doing a great job and deserve a raise!
