The rude lady had an attitude because she had to correct my order from 4 caramel to 3 caramel. It was not a big deal. For her it seemed like an impossible thing to correct.

The staff at this Dunkin’ is constantly yelling behind the counter, creating a really uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. It feels like they have no interest in providing good service, no greeting, no courtesy…Their behavior is unprofessional and honestly frustrating. Definitely not the kind of place you want to start your morning. Indian woman so unkind and even on her face you can see that you are not welcome in there.

I typically don't eat fast food, but Dunkin is the exception because the food isn't drenched in old frying oil. Unfortunately, this particular location was a major disappointment. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple mobile order, and when I finally received it, the hash browns were cold—prompting me to go back inside to ask for fresh ones. Between the delay and the poor food quality, this visit felt like a complete waste of time and $12. I likely won’t be returning to this location.

I walked in this morning. Being the only customer in the building. 2 workers working the window looked at me and kept going about their tasks. No hello, no acknowledgement. After standing for 5 minutes i left. Should have used the drive through I guess

I stop by the drive thru late at night, always the same guy there who is friendly and good at what he does. I always get donuts and sausage wraps and the hash browns are actually amazing

If your looking for a quick pick up don't come here. I placed my walk in pick up at 8:58 took me 5 minutes to get there walked in and waited another 7 minutes for my coffee while I watched people in the drive threw get and walk inns get served before me. Just not a good way to start someone's morning

I am a class a CDL operator and I have a coffee thermos that I have for travel all Dunkin locations who only charge for refills and not the cup will receive a good review from me.. this location tried to charge me for the cup also! I AM BOYCOTTING THIS DUNKIN LOCATION PERIOD!!! THE GREED IS BEYOND MY
