Had chicken Parm sandwich. Was OK. Ate outside. Server was fantastic. Very attentive. Wife had pasta. Was OK. Grew up in Berwyn. It has become more of a sports bar than an Italian restaurant. But an OK place to go

My wife and I really enjoyed this place.
We were looking for pizza, and to watch college football. Well we found this place, and we definitely will be back.
We ordered MARGHERITA PIZZA, and the texture of the pizza was good, but no BASIL at all. We added two more toppings to it and was so expensive....... But we really like it.
My wife ordered ESPRESSO MARTINI, and it was not that bad.
I only ordered beer and was really cheap. 3dls bottle (Saturday).
We ended with the best TIRAMISU in a while!!!!!!!

Came her for dinner sept 13. We had 4 people order the baked Sausage Paisano and all 4 were different. One had a lot more sausage then another one, a different one had more vodka sauce than the other one is very inconsistent plating. As for the combo appetizer platter, a half of the items were lukewarm at best. The others were warm. It is not something I would order again..
We also ordered a pizza and a burger to go both were good nothing great nothing that would make me say must return. I will come back, but I won’t go out of my way to visit.

Terrible service and terrible food. Waitress body language and look on her face as if she didn’t want to be there or serve my table. Bus boy takes plates and drinks away without asking if we’re done. Sauceless pizza, appetizers look like frozen food. First time eating there, bad experience, I will never eat there again and highly don’t recommend this place to any other person.
Salernos really hit the spot today! I decided to try the jalapeño burger and I am glad I did it was so good! Plus my server Veronica was so sweet and took really good care of me it made my experience so much better

This is my first time coming I came Thursday night to have dinner with a few friends, staff was so friendly and made us feel welcomed service was quick and food was amazing. Looking forward for my next visit! I recommend

The restaurant was ok and wait staff were great. We came to see a cover band. The event room was horrible - NO air conditioning - it was miserable. Only one small box fan for a very small room. And we paid $22 per ticket ahead of time through eventbrite.com. When we arrived, they were only charging $10 cover to get in. Never again. Stay away.

Visited Saturday night and had a great experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and specifically the host, Allison, was so helpful. I asked Allison to seat me somewhere that wasn’t too close to the air conditioning as I get cold easily and she did exactly that. Loved her energy and willingness to seat me somewhere warm. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I have always loved Salerno’s! I am obsessed with their baked sausage paisano and their chicken vesuvio. The girls that work there are so sweet and the host is always so welcoming. This is definitely my go to spot!

Waitress was so ignorant and the host was so disrespectful they are both related and when i told the host she said that's my sister next time don't come back who in the world tells that to a paying customer especially when your bill is 100 dollars I will never come back and I will make sure I never refer any friends and family to come here so disrespectful and ignorant very low class they need to fire the host ASAP
