Alexa was very rude and confrontational with me bc I asked for light ice before she made my drink. Apparently im going to “throw off inventory” by having 2 less ice cubes in my small drink, because I forgot to say light ice when she rang it in. It’s never that serious sis, and this drink is not even good.

The worst coffee I ever had in my life
Worker named axel treated my family and I with pretty vulgar vocabulary. Don’t know if he was trying to be funny or if that’s just the way he is. Nasty attitude overall.

The baristas here are absolutely kindhearted. I have a lot of rough days and this starbucks is my go-to since I work on the plaza and they never fail to make my day a little brighter.I've had wonderful conversations and they give the loveliest little things that just make my day, like stickers, notes, and messages. I really appreciate the kindness and openness as I myself can be awkward and shy at times. When I open up I may speak a little too much.I don't mean to get too deep, but it really is the little things that can make the difference. The smiles, the conversations, the messages- some of my rough days are rougher than others and when I feel like quitting in life sometimes, the kindness in others keep me going despite the bad.A huge thank you to these beautiful and lovely people. I hope they are reminded of their importance as much as they remind me and others of ours with every drink they handcraft.?

They are very busy talking. And not pay attention.
First off they did not greet me, or say a single thing just waited for me to say my order. The employees looked at me crazy because I said my drink tasted watered down, and if they could add more açaí like it’s so much work. Mind you it was empty I was the only one there. This is why I prefer going to actual Starbucks stores because the employees are nicer. As a past barista i understand dealing with tough customers but I was nice and even said sorry.
The bartender here was really kind and left a song suggestion on my cup that I didn’t notice until I got to my car and it made me smile
