Ordered 2 frozen lemonades. One was purely ice and the other was normal lemonade. Then got salted pretzel bites, we asked for no sauce or anything, just salted bites and he put nacho cheese and butter on them. A few minutes later we asked him to remake them with just the salt on them. He put no salt on, just pretzel bites. The pretzel bites were also underbaked and definitely raw. Very disappointing.

Had one of these down in Homer Glen. It is incomprehensible to me how wonderful these pretzels are. With a cheddar cheese dipping sauce (I should have gotten the second nacho cheese) , and a soft it cost me $7 bucks. Believe me this is a great deal for what you get

Honestly it’s not the workers, it’s the management of this place not making sure things are in order. Things are not made or stocked, dough isn’t being cooked properly. It would be best to just shut it down til they can get it back in order…give two stars for the workers who are actually trying.

Was so excited when I smelled the pretzel dogs.Got to where I going and what a disappointment when I opened the bag. Burnt flat pretzel dough on my hot dog with not a speck of salt. Never again for this place!

Ben’s Pretzels WERE awesome, but then my last visit there the pretzels are literally half the size they use to be. So sad that places can do this. Making them thinner makes them even not taste as good because there is barely any dough. The big fluffy dough used to make these huge pretzels so good. So very disappointed. I will have to try other locations I know in hopes that is was only this particular location that has drastically changed their pretzels! I wish I had taken a picture.

Decided to get 6 pretzel sticks. They gave me one they had sitting there. Got it home. 2 we're so small. They all were hard as rocks. Must have been sitting there for quite a while. Threw them out. Forget this place
