Food has gone downhill. Service is horrible. If you want a drink now you have to buy it by the can. Also have to repeat order 2 or 3 times because their English is not good at all. Will not go back.

Not the worst chicken meal I've ever had. It just seems to my wife and I that they're super cheap. Asked for extra napkins got 3 !!! Asked for butter for the biscuits got 2 !!! The chicken was greasy !!! The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes !!! The buttery green beans lacked a buttery taste !!! My wife & I will NEVER dine there again !!!

Service here was excellent. We were assisted by Sumita was really nice and helpful and Durlab hooked us up with the mushrooms. They are really nice in here please check this Browns chicken out in Homer Glen. Awesome sauce :)

We moved from the Chicago area 45 years ago. We used to go to Brown's often. We were pleasantly surprised that the Livers, Gizzards and Mushrooms were still as delicious as we remembered. My wife even got her spicy Cole Slaw. Service was excellent. They are doing a little remodeling, but other than that we are so glad we came. Everything was fresh and tasty.

very dingy on the inside but the food was good the coleslaw tasted a bit funny but the rest of my 8 piece chix tenders came with 3 L sides (to share with 2 people). at first we ordered fountain drinks but half were out of order and the Pepsi tasted foul so we ended up getting canned sodas

My family meal and wings were made as I waited. Was so excited for fresh fried. Took a bite on way home. The chicken was so old tasting I couldn't eat it. Very disappointed. Although a Very friendly staff.

I receive a circular of coupons each week. A coupon arrived for Brown's Chicken. Coupon reads, "Whole Wings, $1 each, Saturdays and Sundays only, Minimum 5 -No limit." I read it and I told myself what a deal for the Super Bowl since I was having a party. Boy, was I wrong.I arrive here with coupon in hand on Super Bowl Sunday. I made a request for 50 wings. They said "Nope, only 10 wings limit". The coupon reads "No limit". She told me, "Read the fine print, at participating locations."Well, I want you to read this review and know that I am NEVER going to your establishment again since you and your employees are lazy, in the back of the establishment playing on the phone, uneducated, incompetent, do not believe in football and do not believe in the Super Bowl
