I was there today and ordered four burger meals. There were free chips with the food. I was surprised by the price of the meals. They were very cheap and the food tasted great. Thank you for the good service. I always recommend it.

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFIC TO MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE.
To put is plainly, you are letting your staff...from hostesses, to servers, line cooks and bartenders with the complete mismanagement of this restaurant. On a Sunday at 6PM, they didn't have staff to fill even half the restaurant with in person diners as they were fulfilling to go orders. The restaurant was literally nearly empty with people seated at tables. A group of 5 adults with some young kids had already waited an hour when we showed up, sitting despondently on the parking lot curb trying to calm their hangry childre.. By 7pm they were out of, french fries, mozzarella sticks, shrimp, and CHIPS(??). On another visit here months ago, they were out of Chicken Crispers.
Where is the management? Where is corporate supporting these hardworking people? Diners were getting frustrated with servers when it's entirely NOT their fault the kitchen can't keep up and is running out of main ingredients. Something is seriously wrong with the management of this restaurant and I hope a review from customers will make it clear to those with the ability to support or change things that you do so swiftly.

Oh my gosh if I could rave about this location more I would! The service is amazing I went in there to eat with my family had a reservation for a party of six but had two more guests. The manager amber quickly stepped into the hosts position and was able to find us seating. The food was top tier really delicious. All around definitely my favorite chilis location the workers, food, and just location in general is 10/10!!

I placed a curbside order on 7/12 for pick up at 4:12. I got there at 4:15, parked in their curbside pick up spot and checked in. I received confirmation that someone would be out with my food shortly. Ten minutes past and no one came out so I went in. I go inside and the man there did not care. I told him I’ve been waiting for my order and he said “what’s the name”, gave me my order and didn’t apologize or anything. I asked him if they no longer do curbside and he said “I don’t know”. The reason I did curbside is because I had my dogs in the car. If they aren’t offering it anymore they shouldn’t advertise it. Won’t be coming back
