Let me start with the portions of the food one word, terrible. The portions are very inconsiderable and if I ask for a little more I will get charged for extra. I love Chipotle, but something needs to be done with the portions at this location especially if ordered online. The taste of the food, very good, fresh tasting, and hot. Atmosphere is very good, comfortable, and welcoming. Bathroom is clean and nice. Considering this is my local Chipotle I wish it was a little nicer but it would be very inconvenient to drive out of the way to another location. I don’t recommend this location. I don’t know if it’s the employees or the time I go at but something really needs to change with these portions.

These "new" chipotles restaurants are the antithesis of Mexican food, flavorless, and definitively badly prepared. The employees are selected by rudeness, racists and their incompetence. Tried the Orland location. The food was not what Anyone can expect, this for sure are not the same restaurants from past years. Employees are definitively rude and rather angry, they prepare your food, as if it was going to be food for a dog, they slap the ingredients with their angry looks. As. if we were responsible for their failure to become real professionals (Doctors, Lawyers. Etc.) someone had to dig the ditches. I am suggesting to the readers to never use chipotle's again until the chain cleans NOT only their acts, but also the restaurants.

Did an online order of a bowl and chips last night and they forgot my chips. Not sure what kind of people you have working there as it says clear as day on the bag, "chips". Order was also placed out 15 minutes later then when i set my pick up time as.

I was considering ordering from here today, but as always I was worried the order would be wrong, or the chicken would be chewy, or they wouldn’t put extra rice, too salty, etc. On top of this, they never give you “extra” of anything if you ask or request it online. I used to be able to save half of the bowl for later but now I finish it in one sitting due to their skimpy-ness. I used to eat at this chipotle weekly, but the quality at this location has gone extremely downhill. People in line get served before I do when my online order is done waiting on the side while the employees act like I don’t exist. I see that everyone else has had similar experiences, so until something changes I won’t be back. :(

Place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Always get my order right and - while parking is crazy and the Starbucks makes the traffic pretty busy - I'm in and out fast. Recommended!Parking: Between 5-7 in a busy 3 business storefront

Avoid this location, they skimp on quantities on every ingredient. I have eaten chipotle for years in every surrounding area including aurora, Bolingbrook, naperville and those location do not make you ask for more of every thing, they do give you what the franchise promised. I will be contacting franchise operations incase this is corporate policy, doubt it though.

I visit this location multiple times a week & can’t say enough about much better this location is compared to other chipotles in the area. From the quality of the food, to the consistently fast service and cleanliness of the store, The Bell Road Chipotle does an amazing job each & every time.
