Ordered 2 sloppjoe sandwiches. When we arrived home and we opened the wrapper the sloppy joes smelled burnt. We tasted a small part of the sandwich and could not eat the rest. The sauce was dark black brown in color not red. Very disappointed. Fries and ice cream all good.

Hi. I went to this location yesterday. When I got there I was very impressed with their outside decorations and heated domes. When I went inside I asked a worker if we can just sit inside the domes, he said yes. Then some lady comes in saying that everyone’s sitting in these domes but she paid $100 to sit in there. So I’m wondering if they were pocketing the money. Anyway, as they’re making my ice cream they bring it into the back for a concerning amount of time? Finally they bring it up to me, and my ice cream was in 2 separate containers. I didn’t complain, I just went outside and met my cousin in the dome. 5 minutes later, a worker comes up to us and kicks us out of the dome, we ask why and he says it’s $100 to reserve it. $100 to sit in a heated piece of plastic? Okay. So, we finish our ice cream inside and communicate with the worker that told us we could just sit in there and he says, actually it’s $160. There must be a lack of communication at this location. I’m extremely disappointed in their service, prices, and just my overall experience. I will not return and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends and family because this was ridiculous.

They have igloos outside which are cute but are just the regular table outside in a zip up igloo and they charge 100 dollars for it. Lack of holiday spirit and ripping people off for the holidays.

It was dirty and they messed up by not putting Whipped Cream on my Sundae. Also when I got My Iced Cream, which was one flavor, there was a little bit of another flavor in it. I don't think the Staff rinses the scoops between different scoops. I like My Ice Cream places to be Plush instead of Iron... Lol!

As always one of the best ice cream with one of the awesome lady staff who go above and beyond to serve us with excellence n compassion offering us customers with cup of water during the hot afternoon despite of being busy...kudos God bless you, your family n company !!
It been a while since my family been here the last time was wen they were 10 now we went on Monday they are 23 years of age. It was a blast we all went back wen we use to go to mega plex and than after the creamery it amazing to know that homer glen has this places

I grew up going to the Creamery when there was only one and that is the Frankfort location. Unfortunately, this one was not good. As you can see from the picture, the cherry dipped cone was a disgrace. It just melted all over my husband within seconds of receiving it. My twist cone was okay. Their ice cream has changed. It is more like ice milk. Just these two cones cost $12 and it was not worth it. We were both disappointed and won't be returning.
