LOVE LOVE LOVE this DQ in Homer! Not only do they have fast service, but their ice cream is consistently perfect every time! They are generous too! They just made a donation to my sons wrestling fundraiser raffle. Just the nicest, kindest, people! And what's super awesome is that they are open year round! Ice cream is my fav food - especially a cherry chocolate chip blizzard :) Thank you HG DQ!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this dairy queen. My husband and I took our grandkids here on a Saturday afternoon, and the service was great! There were two girls running the show and they kept everything in control while being quite in a rush! We all ordered food and got it really fast, and we went back for blizzards before we left! The lobby was clean, the food was delicious and we were so impressed we took home a box of heath dilly bars for the kids! Im recommending this DQ to all my friends in my bingo group!
The ice cream was absolutely delicious with rich flavors that made every bite a treat. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their attentive service and the high quality of the ice cream truly made my visit enjoyable.

How can you rate a DQ poorly? Check out the dingy atmosphere. It was the dirtiest DQ I've ever been in. The place needs updating and a major cleaning. The bathroom was terrible with overflowing garbage. Not sure if DQ has quality control or if it's just up to the tranchisee, but this location is dragging down the brand. There is no apparent pride of ownership.
Service was prompt and cordial. However; even though it is a soft serve shop this was far softer than other Dairy Queen’s. Additionally the ice-cream had a very whipped like texture. The worst part was that the icecream was not as cold as ice-cream normally is. If I had anything larger than a small it would have been melted completely to liquid within minutes. It’s only 67 degrees outside.

Service was fine, but ice cream had a weird sour taste as others have said. This was not the first time the ice cream tasted like this from this location. Maybe using expired product or not cleaning the the machine properly/often enough.
