AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible Dunkin. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 coffees, reading directly from an order message. When I got to the window, I noticed 1 coffee didn’t have a white sticker with the order on it, and 1 the order was complete wrong. I politely asked the girl working the window to correct the order, and she proceeded to inform me that, “they have a timer.” I asked her to clarify, and she explained that because they were attempting to meet a minimum time per car, they were unwilling to remake the order. Then, her coworker proceeded to throw a pack of sugar through the drive through window, my window, and into my car (as the coffee with the wrong order needed sugar.) Unbelievable, horrible, HORRIBLE service. Will be contacting corporate.

Rude employees working there, Asked for frozen coffee, and they completely forgot about. When we tell them that we’re missing it and we PAID for it, they RUDLY tell me to go around to the window again. Screw that. Don’t go here. Go to another coffee shop will you please, not this scummy place

I drove through and ordered 2 dozen donuts for $34. When I got to the window, my kid asked for one small cup of water and I was informed that if I wanted a cup of water I would have to go back through the drive through line and order a cup of water because she could not “make” a water without a paid order. Realistically, when you make a big order, a cup of water should be free like it is at every other fast food establishment on Earth, but having to drive back around through the line to order a cup of water instead of just charging me at the window is just wild.

I come here about almost everyday for iced coffee, this has been my main/ closest location to me since I’ve moved here four years ago and not ever have I’ve been treated the way I was here. The only person who truly cares sometimes is the guy, he is awesome but everyone else It seems like the employees only really care about them selfs, so today (7/7/25)she takes my order with out typing it in and then repeats what I said but wrong so I have to correct my self again , then in payment process asks me if I wanted a receipt I said yes, she said she was talking in the drive thru but she’s working up in the front counter it don’t make sense so I said okay it’s fine I understand and she takes my receipt and crumbles it in her hand, and I told her and my receipt? And she tried to say that I said no when I never did. Also proceeds to hand me an iced coffee that was not filled up to the minimum like but actually below it, so if your a manager trying to scam her customers by giving less product at least not make it noticeable by adding more ice, but no she didn’t even do that. I had to add ice from the soda machine. In the picture I included my finger is where the coffee was before I added ice, after it was where it should have been at the minimum line. Will not be coming to this location again and corporate will be contacted since this is not the first time.

Never had an issue here before, the guys are always super nice. Whoever the blonde ~60 year old lady was in the window 10:30am 6/26/25 was ABSOLUTELY tweaking and was so rude for no reason 😅 we went through the drivethru and she was adamant we didn’t order our munchkins… no big deal, right? Wrong. She was spastically giggling, asking her coworkers “did anyone on headset hear that?” and then she disappeared and someone else brought us our order. Someone should probably look into that. I hope she recovers from whatever that was

I used to go out of my way to come to this Dunkin, mainly because I really enjoyed the staff, but now they have a couple new girls and consistently make my coffee wrong. I always get a large/medium decaf iced latte, and for some reason I am always just handed a decaf coffee with milk and sugar. I've corrected them a few times, but I'm just going to stop coming to this location.

Worst Dunkin- bagel with cream cheese didn’t have cream cheese, and the refresher was straight tea wouldn’t complain except when paying the prices we do it is very frustrating.This one used to be my favorite Dunkin however the service has changed and I will no longer use this Dunkin I will drive out of my way to another one.
