People who work there are okay, nice for the most part. Is usually the same Indian people, only issue I have is that they have hiring signs in store and website and when people of other races apply no one hears back from the store not even for an interview, another issue is that the cell phone is never answered , and I’m not the only one receiving the same experience from this location.

I wanted a mint chocolate chip waffle bowl sundae, but they didn't have waffle bowls. So, instead, I got a waffle cone with cookies n cream ice cream. So I'm very disappointed b/c I couldn't get what I wanted.

Deeply disappointed with this dunkin location. Despite placing an order for my 4-year-old's birthday cake a week in advance, the cake was not ready when I arrived for pickup. What's worse, they didn't even bother to call and inform me about the situation. I had to rush around town, desperately searching for an alternative, all because of their complete lack of responsibility and communication. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice – this place is a recipe for disappointment and frustration.
