I have nothing bad to say about this particular location. I have never had a bad experience! Everyone that works there is always so kind and generous. Sometimes I’m indecisive and end up changing my mind at the window. Or I’ll ask to add things or switch something. Never once did they get mad. I say I come here quite often And every two or three visits I get something for free. From the older workers to the ones fresh out of high school everyone there is super nice. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication they give to their customers like myself. Today I went and I asked if they can write on my drink get well soon since I was giving it to my little sister who just had back surgery. He had no problem and gave me a free donut with it :) I say there’s about 3 locations in Homer glen and this one by far is the best location considering hospitality and friendliness. 🥰😇

I ordered the ham sliders. When I got to the window and said they were out after they took my money, instead of returning my money they said to choose something else. I was given a meal $4 less on both my sandwiches. Never offering me back any money. Very bad store!!!!

DD never disappoints. But on this particular day, they gave me an extra bag of hash Browns.. a very pleasant surprise for my little guy on his birthday. . It’s the little things that make big impact.

People who work there are okay, nice for the most part. Is usually the same Indian people, only issue I have is that they have hiring signs in store and website and when people of other races apply no one hears back from the store not even for an interview, another issue is that the cell phone is never answered , and I’m not the only one receiving the same experience from this location.
I asked for a glazed donut they gave me sprinkled strawberry and now they not answering the phone after i called 10 times ! Slow slow and slow and slow as hell
