Just wanted to share some love for Homer’s Cafe in Homer Glen. This place is like a second home with some seriously good eats. Their chicken dumpling soup? To die for. It’s like a hug in a bowl.The people working here are awesome too. Always greeting you with a smile and making sure you’re taken care of. Update- emailed the owner regarding our experience. Over a month later, zero response whatsoever. This says plenty about how they care for customers.This place is awful- stay away. Was served food that I was unable to eat because it was overly fishy. Manager Ximena was beyond rude and told me ITS FISHY BECAUSE ITS FISH. No apology- She also charged me for the food I couldn't eat in addition to the new omelet they were going to make me. This was our first time here and we wanted to try a local place but will never be back. Their customer service is horrendous- have never been treated like this at a restaurant! I guess I now understand why they aren't very crowded!
