My wife & I were looking for a nice place to eat. This was our first time trying Homer’s Cafe. We both loved it even though they didn’t have Diet Coke. Our server was very friendly and the food was better than expected.
I found everything to be solid, yet nothing stood out to me. The food was good but not excellent. The portions were filling. Though the service was polite and professional, it was not effusively friendly. The coffee refills kept coming. Worth a visit to make your own decisions.
I think I was expecting more of a mom and pop feel when I saw the name of the restaurant. The food was good. It was a solid value. I wasn't blown away. The service was solid but again I didn't feel like I was being welcomed as family or a friend. No complaints. I just have pretty high standards. Definitely a good value and definitely fast service and easy to find parking and I was grateful to find a seat on a Sunday morning.
