One of my favorite ramen places I have tried. Every dish I have tried has been flavorful and had fresh ingredients. Ordering take out the broth and noodles are kept separate allowing for them to be combined once home keeping noodles perfect.
Firstly, let me say that they were able to accommodate our party of 14 on the spot.
We just happened to be in the area (btw, definitely willing to make the 40 minute drive just for this restaurant).
Our waitress was wonderful. She provided suggestions and checked in on us frequently.
The food was amazing, great portions and seemed quite authentic. The chili oil is probably one of the best I've ever had! ?

Food was pretty good. Fell in love with the homemade chili oil. I don't live close by so I was so happy when the chef sold me a huge cup of it to take home. Sell me some jars next time so I can stock up!
