I have been going to the homer glen location and it is always super clean and nice inside! i love coming here and i just want to commend the guy who made my sandwich John H. I always ask for extra mayo and then the workers at other locations usually add a little bit and spread it thinly, but john h did an amazing job and really listens to what the customers ask for and want. he doubled checked to make sure my order was correct and that i had everything on it. he is very personable,...
Food was ok. The reason I said that, is because the kids that they worked at this specific place, were very laid-back and didn't care much for the customers. I also asked them about some different sandwiches, and they gave us nothing. They looked one to another confused like I asked them about something they never heard of in their entire life.
Very disappointed with them. I hope the people in charge, will take notice and fix the problem.

I’ve visited Jersey Mike’s a few times, and while the subs are generally flavorful and fresh, my recent experience left a bit to be desired. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed by the rush, which led to a long wait and a slightly disorganized line.
