Took an hour for 2 sandwiches to arrive "super slow." One sandwich was missing extra toppings that were paid for. Super disappointing considering it was over $30 and I didn't forget a tip.

This Jimmy John's is terrible. I've given them several tries as they're close. The sandwiches lack meat (are mostly bread) and the bread is regularly stale. I was in there a few weeks ago & interacted with a fellow claiming to be the manager. He is severly lacking on his people & management skills. His attitude sucked to put it bluntly... I refuse to throw away money on subpar food & get treated like an inconvenience. Never again..

I placed order at 12:14 for as soon as possible delivery. Order said it would be delivered at 12:44. Order still didn’t arrive, I called at 1:07 and spoke to manager. He stated they were short staffed and he would be leaving out the door with my order. Order did not arrive till 1:40. Almost an hour and half for my order to be delivered. That is absolutely ridiculous, certainly not “freaky fast”. This is also not the only time this has happened.
