I ordered 2 small deep dish pizzas from this location. I usually order from the Orland dine in location. The pizzas in the this Homer Glen location were nowhere even close as good as those in Orland. Staff was nice and they were busy as it was dinner on a Saturday. The quality of ingredients, the crust, and the appearance were not what I am use to. My first and last visit here.

I’ve ordered from this lou’s several times over the years, hoping for better, but it’s always the same. I’m in Homer Glen, and no matter how I try to adjust my order, the pizza always shows up either freezing cold or looking like a soggy pathetic mess. Complaining to the store does nothing. This will be my last order. It’s clear they don’t care about quality or their customers

Update - Gave this place one more try and they stuck a fork in it. The salad had wilted and browned lettuce and the pizza was cold. Since my last review, I can confirm there are better choices. Head to Enzos or Turnabout if you want good pizza and service.

Can’t even place an order with how bad their system is. This place has gone down the tubes since being acquired by private equity. Wish there were better options in the area.

I picked up a large Chicago style pizza with hot giardineria and sausage, I get awful indigestion from it.

Uh, the owner kindly cooked me an Italian beef sandwich at no additional cost.

Ingredients are delicious. I just cannot endure the spicy carrot/ pepper combo.
Staff is friendly , good pop selection.

Its actually kind of funny that this place is able to convince people from out of town that people from Chicago actually eat this stuff, salads are super solid tho

We have been loyal to this place but what a disappointment experience I just had! Ordered cheese pizza to be delivered to feed bunch of kids for lunch. Arrived cold, super thin and hard, barely cheese! Didnt call right away to report, was too busy to take care of what to feed the kids and etc. when I told them about our experience I didnt get even 1 sorry! Looks like they hired bunch new people- pizza is not the same , service on the phone is not the same!

Italian pizzas have absolutely NOTHING, the tomato sauce tastes very bad and the pizza is raw, I do not recommend them
