Pizza is average at this location compared to the Lou Malnatis at other locations. Spinach on the pizza tasted off. Maybe it was frozen at one time. Definitely wasn't fresh.

We ordered from here this past Friday. The thin pizza was excellent, but our deep dish pizza was ridiculous. The cheese on the deep dish was sooo thin. It was about 1/3 of the amount was on the thin pizza. I mean, This is $35 dollar pizza. I won't order from here again. I wanted to call and tell them but I know how busy Fridays are. A Chicago classic it was not. Take a look at the pictures, you'll see what I mean.

Legendary Pizza? Since the family supposedly sold the company, the new owners or investors could care less about its employees. They literally are worked to the bone without any lunch breaks. This company is more like a corporate company now without the benefits and pay rates. Anyways, the big bosses should be ashamed of themselves opening more stores with only 2 people doing everything in the kitchen. It's time for Latinos to literally take a stand against this unfair practice ?.
Wow, the pizza was amazing! Service was even more delightful. Manager realized a mistake was made and took care of the problem! You truly don't see that anymore nowadays. Greatly appreciated, Thank you for great pizza and excellent customer service.

Disappointed! I was craving a Lou's deep dish and decided to pull the trigger and have one delivered. I don't think think even the delivery driver could have messed this one up. To my surprise the pizza looked like someone either made the crust way too big or didn't distribute the toppings evenly because it all looked like this when it arrived. Even if I could center the sausage patty it still doesn't look like things go edge to edge. Pretty sad.

Delicious deep dish. Much better than Giordano's doughy crust. The spinach and pepperoni deep dish is my personal favorite along with buffalo wings. One appetite.....?
