This location is by far the worst McDonald’s restaurant I have ever visited. For being an upscale neighborhood you would think that the local businesses would meet the standards of Homer Glen. I have had better service at Chicago locations! It’s sad that ordering a McDouble bundle, 1 hamburger happy meal, and a cheeseburger happy meal, by drive through would take more than 10 minutes to not even receive my order and going back around to the drive through to ask for a refund....read full review

This mcdonald's is disappointing over the years. Poor customer service in the drive thru and constantly have to check the bag to make sure they got everything. Sometimes I will go through the drive the windows and people waiting on me say nothing at all.
Also, they have an older short lady working in the drive thru windows that has poor customer service and constantly has an attitude. Everytime I see her she has the same attitude and rude. Today she was wearing a pink...read full review
