I normally get good pizza from here. I just get a pizza with mushrooms because I don't eat pork, but I requested that the pizza be well done in hopes that it might be crispier or crunchy. And do you know they won't do it every time the crust is soft? I wish I could get crunchy crispier crust. Seems like a battle getting it but I guess that's how it works. It is what it is

Worst customer service ever . They have no respect for customer and the manager super roud.I just received my order from Nancy's pizza the one located in Homer glen. I asked for the spicy beef pizza and when the guy delivered it was pepperoni instead I called to make a complaint the lady responded that she couldn't hear me good and she went through the ingredients withe on the phone and it showed that I order this before . My response was that i never ordered pizza pepperoni before no and if I did I always say hold the pepperoni because it's against my religion we don't eat any products from pigs . She simply put the Palm on me and didn't even try to solve the problem. I just told thank you for the good customer service and she said ok by so for sure no more Nancy's pizza for us it's all about the customer service specially they could see my order history.

I’ve seen bad service before but none compare to the terrible service I received at Nancy’s. The pizza I called in for was completely wrong and when I addressed my concern to the manager I was met with attitude and absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issue. DO NOT COME HERE!

My sister spent $85 and ordered 2 pizzas amongst other foods. They gave us the wrong order and when we called they refused to do anything about. We called from 2 different phones and she kept saying “it was difficult to hear us” the manager was rude and said it was our fault. She hung up in my face. Avoid avoid avoid.
