I can't say enough about Rubi Agave. More than 5 stars here! Excellent food, service and a classy atmosphere. A very clean establishment as well. The menu is a refreshing blend of Puerto Rican inspired dishes with South American twists. We can't wait to get back. You will absolutely love this place!!

Rubi Agave Latin Fusion is absolutely amazing! The food is bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked—every dish feels fresh and unique. This place is awesome! Highly recommend for incredible service, atmosphere, food and drinks. Most places are cheap with their alcohol and overpriced but not here! DJ, music and dancing every Friday and Saturday night to add to the experience. Great date night spot or to celebrate a birthday / special occasion. Our server Mario was amazing.

First time here and we had a great experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were enormous!!! My husband had the Paisa dish and I had the Ropa Vieja and they were both amazing!!! The service was excellent as well.
The only complaint I have is that they don’t have high chairs and I have a little one that loves to run. I gave them 5 stars because they were accommodating and sat us in a booth to keep our little one contained. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

I tried this place today and I am at a loss for words. I tried the Churrasco Sudamericano and that had everything going for it juicy, tender, seasoned well, marinated to perfection, and the chimichurri sauce was the final piece to the puzzle. The rice was also heavily seasoned and you could see the juice on the bottom the more you ate it that's how good it was. The beans with cheese were good as well. The plantains were really good as well but I do wish they were just a tad bit sweeter. The Quesitos Fritos Con were amazing and with the Guava Sauce it was taken to the next level. The Empanadas De Carne were also really good with a nice savory flavor. The Chimi-Changa Cheesecakes I don't even no where to begin with those but they were phenomenal to put it in words. If there ever was a game or competition it is now over, done, checkered flag is out and Rubi Agave has won. Try this place no matter what whether you have to take a loan out or take out a 2nd mortgage, try this place and try it now is all I'm gonna say.

The food was amazing and my server Becca was incredible and provided excellent service to my table. She recommended the ground beef enchiladas which were so flavorful and adding mole sauce on top was the perfect touch to the dish. Definitely coming back to try more!

Parking was a nightmare. Perhaps, though, that is a sign that the food is very good. Service was slow; again, probably a sign that the food was good.
I don't eat Latin food, so I can't speak to the menu. There are appeared to be a number of unique dishes, and the rest of the party I was with were very satisfied.
