The morning staff here is absolutely on fire. This is my favorite location around they care so much they know my car, name and order.
Not one hello walking in. I’ve never been inside a more depressed Starbucks in my life. The workers were miserable. Didn’t have anything I wanted. Was out of everything. What the heck. Ain’t I in bougie Homer glen?
Great coffee, sandwich and awesome customer service
I always love coming to this Starbucks. Everyone is so nice and my drink has never been wrong.
There was a rock in my cake pop and I ask for a strawberry acaí they gave me a mochi green tea I got a bagel and told them soft they made it hard and the workers were body shaming me say I was too fat to have Starbucks food and told me to go to junk food I was vegetarian and they give me meat on my food

This is one of my daughters' favorite daily places to get her special drink. As much as she goes here, I'm surprised that she doesn't have stock in it. 😆

Drive through line around the building. No online ordering. Went in thinking it would be faster. One person ahead of me in like but took 5 minutes to order. Wanted the new sandwich: none were delivered so picked bacon/gouda. Another 5 minutes, was standing right in front of the gal waiting, but did she hand it to me? Nope, she apparently walked over to the end to put it on the counter so I didn’t know it was ready, finally went to look. Wow. And then…the bun was rock hard. Had to throw the top away. Awful. Won’t be back. Want my money and time back. Oh, forgot to add…there were multiple flies buzzing around the store. Gross.

I normally pick up from here to deliver to other people through Doordash. Everyone is really nice and the orders are usually completed, or just about ready. My poison of choice is the Oleato iced shaken espresso and every time I order it, it's made to perfection.

I literally never leave reviews, and I go to Starbucks a lot - but I visited this Starbucks and had the best experience I've ever had in a Starbucks, or any fast food restaurant. The coffee was great, I wanted to try something new so I took Riley's recommendation. The staff is VERY nice and made me feel welcome.

Unwelcoming and unprofessional management as well as baristas when placing an order through drive thru. As an african american woman in a predominantly white suburb I felt unheard and unsupported by management. The barista was laughing and socializing while I was giving my order. I don't think she knew her mic was active. I am not angry at this because mistakes happened. But I did correct her to which I was argued down (5 to 6 times) by her shift manager that he (Riley) "could guarantee" that "she didn't laugh". I informed him that she did it twice and that he could guarantee nothing. Instead of just acknowledging the potential impact and my perception he just kept repeating and never considering, even as the agent did , that this was a possiblity. Keep in mind the agent who I asked why was she laughing did not deny laughing she just said she was ok. But the management who is supposed to remind the agent to be careful about the moicrophone missed an opportunity to both advocate for his worker and also acknowledge me as a client. No problem cancel my order and I ended up at Dunkin Donuts right accross the street who is now designing products that are comparable to Starbucks. The quality of service I thought was dropping in certain communities but I see now that the brand need to invest in training its Shift Supers and staff all over the state of IL. I've never see such poor decision making
