This place does not answer their phone. They can’t even get simple order right, asked for basically everything and only received lettuce tomato mayo and onion. Decided to bag up everything in a plastic bag (two sandwiches) with bottled drinks straight out of the cooler right on top in same bag for delivery and so when I got my food 5 minutes after the dasher left restaurant I recieved my order almost ice cold. Tried calling restaurant and no answer multiple times double checked sandwich and was incorrect , horrible location, never coming back will for sure continue to drive 15 minute to orland for subway. Yall need to do better! And separate items, and start answering YOUR phone when someone calls!!!

Been here a few times since they opened. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is generally clean and well kept. Haven't been disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches either, ingredients taste fresh and they don't skimp on toppings. I think my only complaint is that they are frequently out of certain kinds of cookies although that may be because I typically go here for a late-ish lunch.

Can't recommend. Bread tasted stale, and sandwhich was very sparse on the meat and toppings. Definitely not worth the $13 price per sandwich. You're better off at jersey mikes or jimmy johns honestly. It's also the only one in the surrounding area that does not accept the member rewards deals ( BOGO).
