I placed an order through DoorDash from Taco Bell (store #036292, 14348 S Bell Rd, Homer Glen, IL), and I was extremely disappointed. The food arrived in a terrible condition â everything was messy, mixed together, and it looked as if someone had already eaten from it or at least touched and stirred it around.
I didnât even try the food because it looked unhygienic and unappetizing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please pay more attention to how the food is prepared and packaged so that it arrives fresh, sealed, and looking like a proper meal.

y'all GOT to get to cleaning that freeze machine cause why every time i come thru it always taste so moldy. i come from southside and not even out there do i gotta worry about that 𤢠please clean that poor thing just throw every chemical you have at it at this point

Every time we try to come here they have the doors locked and only allow drive thru. It is a Monday at 6:00. Ridiculous

One of the worst experiences I ever had, my food was 1 whole hour late. The food was ready but the lady in the drive thru wouldnât give it to me and she told my friend to schoo away, like seriously. Also another customer asked for some sauce and the same drive thru lady said âugh, anything moreâ, like hello itâs your job. Not even a have a good day or anything just straight up rudeness.
