My friends and I came around 1:30 am. We asked to make two orders through the drive through and were told “no” we said okay. Got our first order which was one item. Then went back around for our second order with again only ONE item. The cashier Jaclynn B was so ignorant and rude and tossed the Cinnabons out the window and slammed it. With no bag no napkins like the first two order had. My friend knocks on the window because she slammed the window and walked away and hid away from the window. My friend knocks again and gets a guys attention that is making the food and he’s like I’m sorry she has autism. Understandable if that’s the case. BUT why take orders if you absolutely don’t want to. WHY work if you don’t want to do your job? Terrible service all together. 0/10.

July 17, 9:50 pm whoever was working the drive thru is killing this location. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget combo through my app, I pulled up to the drive thru and said I’m here to pickup my order and was told to come to the window. I was then given my order so I checked the bag and I only received 7 nuggets. I tell the cashier that I’m missing nuggets and he tells me they no longer have nuggets and he gave me tenders instead. First of all, he never asked me if I was okay with tenders as a replacement. Secondly, on what planet is this single molecule of a chicken nugget a tender. He tells me that because I got 7 so called “tenders” I actually got more food. These tenders he’s referring to are the size of the sauce packets. Are we serious? Is this what we’ve come to? Not to mention, he was extremely upset when I complained that I didn’t receive all my food. Horrible attitude and horrible service. The managers seriously need to check on this guy because he is unfriendly and genuinely robbing people. Again, this was the male who was operating the drive thru at 9:50 pm on July 17. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT THESE HOURS UNLESS YOU WANT A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

I ordered nacho fries with cheese sauce, but when I received them, they were cold. I immediately informed the first customer service representative, who responded by saying they would check how long it would take to make another batch. When a manager later approached me, he stated that a new batch had just been made about 10 minutes ago. Despite my concern, no one took the food back to assess its temperature or offer a replacement.
The response I received felt dismissive and lacked any genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It was a disappointing experience and did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Taco Bell.

This location is THE WORST! Dont chance it, thinking that it might be ok. It WONT!! I can promise you that! My steak burrito was filled with hard crunchy pieces! They forgot half my order, didn't give me the sauce packets, just a crap experience after another here. $25 - $30 bucks for garbage,, served by people who look like the just crawled from under a rock, or are on something. I am done with Taco Bell! The corporate offices or customer service offices give you the run around too. Going forward, I will keep on driving and will go to some other fast food place that cares about their customers!

Bad location. They never have any of the advertised deals here. You go to the website, try to order the deals and it always says this deal isn't available at this location. Instead the same item is like 3 times the price. $ 15 for a taco meal at Taco Bell? Hard pass.
