Lol worst Taco Bell on the planet, it’s sad when you can anticipate half your order missing. What a joke. It’s always the same story with this location. I don’t even care to reach out to try to get my money back. Just don’t go here, plain and simple. Shut this location down and god help whatever establishments these workers migrate over to.

Food is hit or miss depending on the crew. It's rare if the entire order is correct, usually is done right when one car is there (drives a white 70/80s car with a hood scoop), that guy tends to get the orders right and makes the food right.

They didn't want to serve me because mobile orders are too busy.
I suggested I'd wait for them to catch up - but they wouldn't even take my order then.
I placed an order through DoorDash from Taco Bell (store #036292, 14348 S Bell Rd, Homer Glen, IL), and I was extremely disappointed. The food arrived in a terrible condition — everything was messy, mixed together, and it looked as if someone had already eaten from it or at least touched and stirred it around.
I didn’t even try the food because it looked unhygienic and unappetizing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please pay more attention to how the food is prepared and packaged so that it arrives fresh, sealed, and looking like a proper meal.
